I would recommend this company to my closest relatives and friends. I needed to find someone as soon as possible. In under 1 week, I called them, they came and gave me an estimate, explained everything in great detail, and completed the job. The quick response was greatly appreciated. Their workmanship was very clean and efficient. I give them a 10++. All the best to company. more

Going with the gents at DryMaster is a no brainer. They priced competitively, responded to calls and emails and kept things simple by just doing what they said they were going to do and at the price they said they were going to do it at. I'm posting 4 months after my internal waterproofing and the system is doing its things nicely to keep my basement dry. DryMaster produced the proper paper and I got my full (substantial) subsidy from the city. I only had a very minor issue with the trigger on…\r more

They did the work extremely quickly. The crew was polite and professional, and they left the job site very tidy when they were done. They went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. I really am impressed by the whole experience. Sometimes the principle of ""you get what you pay for"" is true, but not in this case: With Drymaster you pay so much less you would with another company and get a truly outstanding job! more

I had two cracks to the foundation in the basement that had to be repaired and I called for a quote. The company was comfortable enough to quote me without even coming by - and they honored their quote, too. They had a packed schedule and weren’t able to accommodate my preferred date, but their man came as appointed, on time, and finished the job within 3 hours.\r more

Drymaster know their business inside out and is committed to its success. They come when say will or call to say they will be late. They take the time to explain the project every step of the way, in a way that makes it easy for the homeowner to understand- especially important if you are, like us, really not handy ourselves and often at the mercy of the building industry. This is the first time I have ever posted on a website like this but am doing it because I would like other homeowners to know about this well-run business led by an honest businessman. more

We moved into an older home a couple of years ago, and there was clearly some water damage to the drywall and hardwood floor along one of the basement walls. After putting it off, we finally decided the remedy the problem this spring. We got quotes from several companies, and decided to go with Drymaster- they had a good price, and They were knowledgeable, low-pressure, and took the time to explain everything to us. Our job was a bit difficulty, because everything had to be dug by hand (in the small space between the house and the property line) but the team was great. They arrived on time, put down tarps so everything in the yard stayed relatively clean, and did the work with care. And - most importantly - even after all of the rain this spring, our basement is dry! I can't recommend Drymaster more highly - they are everything you want in a contractor - reliable, reasonable, and does the job that was promised for the price quoted more

Look no further, call DryMaster. It was discovered that I had 3 cracks in poured concrete foundation in 12 year old home as I had water leaking into my basement with the torential rain that we had been having. To make matters worse, I had water leaking from porch in my Cantina. When Drymaster arrived to assess the problem, they only provided me with solutions as opposed to other companies that would ridule the builder. Right from the start I had a good feeling and great experience dealing with DryMaster Waterproofing. They always made me feel important no matter how busy they were. I wanted results and I have not had a leak since the work was done. I will definitely refer this company to my closest friends and relatives. Thank you to Drymaster for an outstanding job!!! more

We had our basement waterproofed in April. We were amazed at the smoothness and efficiency of their installation. We haven’t had a drop of water since. I feel like we’ve regained our basement as usuable space. We had a problem recently on a very rainy Sunday. I called not expecting to really get any help. But they came over and fixed the pump at 5:00 on a Sunday! Great customer service! more

Great work, on time 4/25/2012

They were efficient and conscientious in everything they did as well as a pleasure to deal with. We had major water problems and they worked diligently to fix all the areas needed. Our only disappointment was that we offered to adopt all the guys and they turned us down! They are welcome back anytime! more
