Quality and a great customer service is a MUST, and this company has both. We have chosen DryMaster for many reasons: cordial staff, good customer feedback, honesty (they did not try to up sell anything) – just a few of many. we are very pleased with their work and would hire again. more

This company definitely stood out to me among others because they were the only company who very logically explained the work and offered me two waterproofing options both reasonably priced after very thorough inspection of my basement; very professional from attire to moisture tools they used; extremely responsive. They were on point as to what was causing the leak and tackled the job with outmost professionalism and respect for our property. They managed to keep the work area clean in spite of the nature of their work. Since completion of this waterproofing job the leak had stopped. Overall I am very impressed. more

They showed up on time, evaluated the situation, gave us a reasonable estimate and did incredible work. Extremely professional. We had an unrelated leak a year later that DryMaster happily fixed at no extra cost! Highly recommended! more

My basement was a disaster. Several companies had given quotes and suggestions for work to be done, none were satisfactory.DryMaster crew came on time, and not only worked with speed but I have never known such a happy lot who really enjoyed their job. It is good to feel total confidence in a job well done. The follow up and response to queries is almost immediate. Go nowhere else.. Thank you DryMaster crew. more

I cannot say enough good things about DryMaster. They were professional, tidy, punctual, friendly and very easy to deal with. These guys dug up my basement BY HAND! The dirt had to be passed up through a window by hand,shoveled into a wheelbarrow and wheeled across the street to the dumpster. No easy task and these guys seemed to do it with ease. I loved working with DryMaster and wish that I could use them to finish my basement renovation! more

They showed up on time every day, and were professional, polite, and friendly. They left the area so clean at the end of the job, that I wish they could come back every weekend! I have already recommended DryMaster to a friend, who is going to call them , and I would not hesitate to hire them again if I had any issues in the future! Thanks so much, guys!! more
