I want to urge everyone on the Cape NOT TO USE this company, especially in Provincetown. The racket caused by their van while they do their work is RIDICULOUSLY LOUD. If you want to completely aggravate your neighbors and be driven from your own home while they're working, then be my guest.
When I spoke to the owner of the company to complain about the noise, he was totally indifferent to the racket they made and had no desire or ability to muffle the sound in any meaningful way.
The noise is literally like standing next to an incredibly loud buzzer. That's fine for 10 minutes or so, but after what is now 1.5 hours, it is absolutely intolerable!
There are SO MANY WAYS to clean carpets, this one is not the way to go. Try something else to have clean carpets WITHOUT such disruption.
