They are thorough in explaining insurance benefits and cost coverage of eye care and glasses. Having an optical shop with a top selection of choices is so convenient. I was referred to this office by one of my colleagues at work. I had seen another eye specialist prior to coming into this establishment however that doctor told me I needed to go somewhere else to get some help because I was asking for to much. I made an appointment with Dr. Gronquist and show him my current pair of glasses that were made for me that were too heavy and that were cutting into my nose and causing me to have severe headaches. I just got to say that my experience here in this office is amazing the people actually know exactly what they're doing exactly what they're talking about when it comes to glasses that fit you how they should fit you the difference between the frame that I had prior to the new frame that's called a saddle bridge frame that I now currently have. I highly recommend these people not only are they very educated in what they do and how they perform their business and how they treat you as a customer but they meet your exact needs I'm very thankful for coming into this office I have a brand new pair of eyeglasses that fit wonderful I have no issue they adjusted them for me one time they're great and wonderful I highly recommend them for anybody reading this you will never be disappointed with the type of customer service that I have received in this office and they got everything exactly right on key for me and all I can say is thank you to my colleague at my job and thank you to all the people in the office over there I am going to recommend you highly to anybody out there that's looking for a good doctors that knows exactly what there doing that is highly educated in giving and providing you with your all your eye glass needs as well as contacts!
