Very rushed office, fake friendliness. Everything is rushed, I doubt they give the employees enough time to do their jobs. It is like fast food. more

I had a great experience at this office! I always felt comfortable and reassured after all my appointments. I felt like they took the time to really get to know me and my history to take care of our growing baby! They do not just try to make money! They care about their patients and the service they receive. The staff was always warm and inviting. All the medical assistants were friendly as well. I had a previous miscarriage and was always a little fearful of this pregnancy. I also had gestational diabetes and they monitored me carefully. I feel like they were my strength and they always made me feel confident with my care. I feel that they were very knowledgeable and because of them I am now the mommy of a wonderful little boy! I never had a rude person or horrible experience. I am so thankful to have found them! I love this office and will continue going to them! Pros: friendly, knowledgeable more

My fiance and I have recently been trying to get pregnant so I went to my primary doc and he decided I should be referred to a ob/gyn because my menstrual irregularities. I made my appointment the same day for Goodman & Partridge and I was happy to be seen the same day. When I got into the room to be seen by a nurse practitioner, she was extremely rude. She actually had the nerve to ask why I was trying to get pregnant and was lecturing me about what a baby needs and if my partner and I could support a baby!! For one I am far from being a child or immature teenager trying to find love. I was extremely offended she would even talk to me like that but I held my tongue and didn't say much. She completely ignored the reason I had been referred to their office in the first place and my app. was over in about 15 min. I also found it strange her assistant was standing right next to her while I received a pap smear-- and she had a smile on her face URGH!! By the end of the shortest app. in doc history with NONE of my questions answered, she says-- ""see you next year."" If I am trying to conceive and my questions weren't answered why in the world would I want to see you next year?? I've given it a few months and I'm almost afraid to dial the number I sit and stare at it because I don't want to deal with any of the rude people in their offices-- even the appointment setter. Worst office ever, stayed too long with them, they failed to notify me of a tumor anomaly on my mamogram,the imaging center which is not associated with them notified me 2 months later since no one ever responded. I've been going to these docs for years and absolutley love it!! Dr. Kale is my doctor and she is so smart, kind, and courteous. She makes me feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable siutation. I love it how the practice makes their offices so warm and inviting rather than cold and bare. I could get an appt when it was convenient for me and they accepted my insurance without any billing issues. Dr. Kale deliverd my baby and I was able to see her many times throughout my pregnancy. I love, love, love this practice!!!! I have had nothing but good experiences since I became a patient 4 years ago. They do so many things that make it more comfortable and convenient for patients like their felxible appts and they are even open on the weekends, they have beautiful offices too. Every doctor I have come across (Jarem, Guzman, Kale, Conrad, Kothari) have been great, so knowledgeable and caring. I really feel like my needs are being met and that I'm not just naother patient. Most ofthe office staff knows me by first name and that makes me fell good. This practice has been around for over 30 years and I can see why, they are soo good to their patients and they have great docs that go above and beyond. I highly recommend drs goodman partridge!!!!! I am forced to give this office 1 star but only because I am not allowed to choose zero stars. I have been going thru an ectopic pregnancy & was referred to this office by the ER. My 1st visit seemed fine, no problems there. My 6 visits since have been horrible! When you call for an appt., you get a call center & can't talk to each office individually. This causes many problems & unneccessary waiting. 1st=I don't understand why we are given appt times when I have NEVER been seen on time! I have waited no less than 45 mins to 1 hour PAST my scheduled appt time before I am seen! This is ridiculous! 2nd=even tho their NAME states ""OB/GYN"" they are charging me more & the only excuse the receptionist gave me ""we are a specialist"" even tho it says OB/GYN in their title! 3rd=the woman who did my ultrasound was very stiff & rude to me and I felt very disrespected. 4th=when I was told I couldn't go back to work while this was being taken care of, I had to make SEPARATE appts just to have a dr sign my paperwork! That's $30 just to show up, sit for 2 hours and have her sign & fax a paper!!! It's now been almost 3 weeks & my paperwork is still NOT completed! I have no money because I haven't been able to get paid because they will not do my paperwork without a special appt to sign it!! 5th=when I went to my appt yesterday 1 of the many dr's I saw (you rarely see the same dr because they are 'too busy' to open up appt's to make room for you let alone see you at the same office since they have so many they sent me to 2 different ones!) told me I had fluid in my pelvis & to go straight to the ER. She had me all worried, I felt fine. I went to the ER (for the 4th time mind you) and after 2 hrs was told I was fine & there was NO reason to have me sent there! Being sent to the ER, my dr had not finished my important paperwork for disability so I could get paid. When I called to make sure I could drop it off to have it completed since it should have been done the day before during my appt the ""middle woman"" told me to just wait & take the paperwork to my appt in 4 days. Are you kidding me?! I paid $30 to have them complete it the day before & I have less than $20 until they finish my paperwork so I can get paid! WHY do I need to explain all this to them?! dAt this point I have had enough with this office! Everytime I see their ""Best of Greater Phoenix"" award it just amuses me. Whoever gave them the award has obviously never dealt with this office. I have seen FIVE different doctors & just want this DONE with! I am going through enough with losing my first child because of an ectopic pregnancy & they have done nothing but make this a worse experience & make things much harder on me AND my wallet for no reason! The office is more concerned about how their waiting rooms look and NOT how their if their patients are seen on time and treated with respect. The office is all about money money money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE! more

I have never felt like less of a priority in my life. I have been a patient for over a year now and I kick myself for staying past the very first visit. The only reason I stayed with them was because they could always get me in quickly (which proved to be a QUANTITY over QUALITY issue in the end) Cons: long wait, poor cust service, billing I could go on and on more

I continue to go to this office because I really like, trust and respect Dr. Jarem. Other than that, there is NOTHING good about this place. Expect to wait for up to over an hour to get into your appointment. More disturbing is that I have paid literally thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to cover my pregnancy because my insurance does not cover maternity. They continue to bill me for every little thing although I bought the maternity package. They had me come back twice in a week for an ultrasound because the extremely rude sonographer was in too much of a hurry to try to get all the pictures she needed. She spent 10 whole minutes trying to get the extremely important views of my fetus. They charged me $450 for those two visits. The office manager said he was going to see if he could get the second one taken off my bill. I went back in today, and the second visit for $225 is now up to $485 because I didn't pay it that day. My first two pre-natal visits are also being charged to me because I had not paid my maternity package sum yet... I was told by the doctor's office that I had until July to pay it. I paid in April, but they are still charging me separately. There is absolutely no common sense being used and certainly no compassion. I would recommend using someone else entirely if you are at all concerned about your time and being charged for every little thing. It's ridiculous. Horrible experience throughout my whole pregnancy. I really wish I would have stood up for myself and left somewhere else. I would not recommend Dr. Goodman?s and Partridge?s practice to anyone. I have been going to Dr's Goodman and Partridge for 6 years now. I use to live a mile from their office but now live in North Phoenix. I continue to go to them despite the longer drive time. Dr Goodman delivered my son, he was a very nice and I have no complaints. I am planning to have my next child with this office as well. The mid levels and physicians are very friendly and answer all my questions. They have a great triage, where I can call and ask questions without having to come in! I am always treated well and their office staff is wonderful! Cons: at times there is a wait, but every Dr's office has that! more

I have nothing but great experiences with this medical practice. yes, sometimes I have to wait to see the provider but the experience in general is positive. they are caring professionals who I trust. The billing can at times be frustrating but I have found it is usually an insurance company issue based on my coverage. and they have been very helpful in guiding me through resolution. I live in Maricopa so the office is very convenient. And the staff is very freindly. I got a scare about a two months back when I recieved a lab bil; for almost 4000 dollars. With the help of a manager from one of the Gilbert offices, the situation was resolved. Thank you Goodman and Partridge for your quality care and concern! more

I had horrible service at the Power Road office. I only had five appointments with them but ended up having to go to their office nine times due to mistakes in scheduling. They couldn't have cared less about me, my time, or my unborn child. They made my pregnancy miserable. They gave me an ob estimate of $3,000.00 which is fine but thier service was so horrible that I switched doctors when I was four months pregnant. They charged me $2,365.00 for those four visits!!! They are a very bad business that needs to be brought down. Beware, they will try to cheat you out of your money for the worst service you will ever recieve. Save yourself money, stress, and heartache. Find a different doctor. Pros: Their office was very clean and pretty Cons: It should be for what they charge you more

Dr. Goodman has delivered all 4 of my children. He gave me great care and was very compasionate. Dr. Goodman is slowing down now but I love all the providers. Pros: Ambience is like none else, really cool decorations! Nice staff and the best doctors. Cons: I love them, and have none. more

After reading all these bad reviews I thought I would write and let you know my good experience with the Gilbert office of Goodman and Partridge. I am seeing Dr Ference for my 3rd preganancy and I absolutely love her. She takes time to answer all questions and is very friendly and warm. I never wait too long for an appt and I like the fact that I can usually get in same day. They have ultrasound equipment at the office- which is nice- you don't have to drive to an addl office. The office staff have always been professional. I have seen Dr Jarem a few times and she was always helpful. I would recommend this practice! Pros: same day appts, good docs more

I will soon be a former patient of this practice. It is a group practice. The Dr.s are always in a rush and you are just a number at this practice. I would not recommend this place. It is not personable at all. THey have also made a few mistakes with scheduling and were not apologetic at all. I really don't want to deal with the long waits and feeling like a number so I will b emoving on. more

I have known Dr Goodmans family personally for over 10 years now and have been a patient in his practice for over 5 years and have nothing but wonderfull things to say about his practice. I have never been treated rudly or like a teenager as some have put it. I have been to allmost all of there locations and never had a problem. I will admit that sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but you have to understand that they are people too and sometimes other patients take up more time then expected which puts them a little behind. The Maricopa office i will say is by far the best and I highly recommend it. The staff is personal and they make you feel at home. The doctor that I had was Dr Carrion and she is by far the best OB I have ever been too. Dr. Wickman is also a great doctor. So dont listen to other people judgements and judge them for yourself. Pros: wondefull service great doctors Cons: a little bit of a wait time but have never been to a Drs office were i didint wait. more

After reading some of the horrible reviews about Dr.s' Goodman and Partirdige I wanted to let everyone know that there is someone in this practic who actually is a GREAT doctor. Dr. Nieves, practicing at the Hampton office in Mesa, is by far the best OBGYN I haver ever visited. The staff are warm and welcoming. I am always in to see my doctor on time. The nurses are very thourough and my nurse in particular recognized me the minute she opened the door. Dr. Nieves takes her time to explain everything and gives you hope when you feel that there is nothing left that can be done. She is very gentle when performing examinations and explains in great detail what is being done. The other doctors may not know what they are doing but she sure does. If anyone is looking for a doctor or would like a change from the doctor they are currently seeing give Dr. Nieves a call. more

I'm done with this office for good! I thought I'd stick it out and see if things improved. Nope. They keep getting worse and worse! The Williams Field Rd office is a nightmare. I am 34 yrs old with 3 children, and I do not need to be spoken to like I'm a teenager. Today I saw Dr. Jarem and I sat in my car crying so hard after I left the appt. They are condescending and crass. The dr came into the office to ""greet"" me. I had never met her before, because you see a different dr/phys asst. every time. She said, ""Welcome aboard."" I'm thinking, I'm not new, I've been seen at this practice for over 12 years! Anyway, she said to me, ""So what brings you here, what can we do for you?"" She never even bothered to notice that I'm pregnant and I was there for my routine maternity visit. This was followed by 5 minutes of a condescending speech on genetic testing. Don't even think about asking questions unless you want to make her mad. Also, don't ask questions about alternatives or other treatment options because she apparently will think you are questioning her authority, rather than attempting to make an informed decision. more
