Drs Bonded Collection Sys

I get this phone call asking for my husband. He's not home. I asked where are you calling from? no answer. she tells me he has a business matter with them. She hangs up on me. So I call back. Then I finally get the name of the BUSINESS that my husband has a matter with. I ask to speek with a Supervisor, she won't let me until i give her my ss#, or ph#, of which i will give none over the phone. She is absoultely the rudest person i ever spoke to. When you call the 1800# it says that your call may be monitored for quality assurace...............are you kidding me..........You call hanging up on people quality assurance....and that is how you train your people. I have worked for a collection agency before and maybe if you treat people like human beings.... you may get somewhere. This company is obviously not getting anywhere......especially when the phone call isn't even for you. The AUTHORITIES OF BUSINESS is getting a letter from me about this company......not all people who owe an old bebt are deadbeats and even they are HUMAN BEINGS..............ALL OF YOU COLLECTORS WHO WORK FOR DRS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES FOR TALKING TO PEOPLE LIKE THAT. Ok, so I get that message on a phone call to call Nancy Miller. I called. 1st time - I told the lady that I was getting these message that were ""a**-backward"" and she yelled at me saying I was cussing her out and she hung up on me. Cons: No Customer Service Skill AT ALL more

These people are rudest, inconsiderate, harassing people I have met. They actually are like bullies. They try to intimidate you rather than work with you. Any company that hires them must be like them, and no one will want to ever deal with them. I mean it's a nightmare dealing with them. Cons: Attitude, Personality, Consideration more

These are the most unprofessional individuals that I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Do not use this company for any of your needs. The quality of the direct contact telephone staff is pathetic; you would be better off doing it yourself. Cons: POOR more
