Caleah has been a sweet heart. After yrs. of waxing, I reallyy was in need of eye brow reconstructuring. I use to have heavy eye brows that I could die for that had to be maintained every 2 week.\r \r Well, Caleah, with her expertise and patience and putting up with my woes was able to come up with the right color for my brows that never seemed artificial and my hair color changes alot. She was able to let my brows grow out without them looking unkempt.\r \r I recommend her for her dedication in the mess that I came up with and her deligence to correct them.\r \r Everyone in the shop is freindly, professional and polite and make sure you come in early and check out all the specialty gift items!\r \r A happy customer.\r \r Ellen F. Best waxing service and makeup 3/12/2009

I decided to go to Bobbe Joy after reading all the wonderful reviews. I went there for a full face wax and was nervous because I have had so many bad experiences in the past.. When I met with Caleah she immdeiately asked me exactly what I wanted and really took the time and care to make sure my skin would be as least irritated as possible. After it was over my skin looked great! Hardly any redness or puffiness. Highly recommended! They've make a customer for life! Pros: Great service, friendly staff, reasonable prices, free pking more

I been a client for a few years now, she's a woonderful person who makes you feel welcomed no matter who you are or where you come from, she's down to earth and very funny!!\r she's very sincere, makes me feel comfortable every time i shop at her make up studio.\r her staff is also very nice.\r her make up is wonderfull and full of fun colors, there's always something new to try, and for the eye brows she's the best. more

I drove 4 hours to LA, for a mini makeover, and after reading reviews about Bobbe, decided to take a chance. \r I have never had a lesson in makeup, and was nervous when I arrived. Right from the start Bobbe and her staff made me feel welcome.Bobbe is talented beyond words, but what really struck me was her sincere desire to beautify me. She took her time, and made sure I understood how to apply the makeup when I got home. I left the salon feeling like a supermodel, not only because of the makeup, but the wonderful compliments and care I received. Best eyebrows and makeup 6/14/2008

This is the best place I have ever been to for eyebrows and makeup. Bobbe does the most natural makeup and eyebrows. The shop is so much fun to go to and everyone there makes you feel like you have known them for years!!. I was very nervous to have my eyebrows done because over the years I have overplucked them myself and pretty much made a mess of my eyebrows. Bobbe fixed my eyebrows and made them look great !!! I really loved going to this place and I will be back regularly. Cons: all great more

When I went to the Bobbe Joy Studio I immediatly felt at ease. It has a fun and relaxed atmosphere while still being professional. I had had my eyebrows done many times by waxing and while they looked clean, this was a different experience. Bobbe used only tweezers and it didn't hurt at all. She is very quick and thorough. My eyebrows looked amazing evn though I do not have alot of hair. Bobbe worked a miracle and I was thrilled at the results. I think she does the best eyebrows I have seen. The staff is welcoming and friendly and the decor is warm and very comfortable. The location and parking are very easy as well Pros: on time appointment, ambience, easy to get to Cons: I can't think of one more
