After enduring such an ordeal at another garage, I won't mention. I decided to get a second opinion at Driver's Edge. BOY! am I ever glad I did! Rob Baur, the manager, is the epitomy of great customer service. We know all too well, this is a rareity when dealing with most business nowadays. Not only did Rob and his staff go above and beyond. The bonus was my repairs cost me less than previously quoted at another garage. And I didn't have to wait 3 hours like the other place. I was in and out with no stress at all! I don't know about you? But less stress, less time spent and extremely polite service are the most valuable traits I look for when pledging to become a life long customer.
