I used to own a service station myself, and I was referred to Drivers Driveline. Being a mechanic myself, I want to test a shop to make sure they are good. I went in and told them that I had a universal joint that was bad and that the rear end was all messed up. If they looked at it and told me that was the case, I would know they were lying.
They called me and told me that I didn't have that kind of problem, that the universal joint was fine, but my brakes were squealing and needed work. I knew that was the case before, but I wanted to see if they were going to tell me the truth. Because I was in the business I know how some people try to rip their customers off. For the first test they did it right.
Ever since then, whenever I take it in, everything has been done right. They tell me when the truck is ready, and the job is done correctly. I don't ever have to take it back. The service is really good. They are honest and upfront every time I have taken my truck in there. If I am in a real hurry, they take me in. All around their service has been really good.
