Strong communication and customer service. 3/28/2012

A couple of my friends recommended Driver's Den to me. They are very honest and hard working. They contacted me if something popped up, so I could give them the go ahead on the work. They let me know what was going on. They are very competitively priced. Mr. Gooden himself did a lot of extra work on my car and did not charge me for it. more

I've been shopping at Driver's Den Inc. since 1996 or so. I've known the guys there, and who had been there, for quite awhile now. It's been quite a decent and good relationship I've had with them. I keep going there because they really are the most knowledgeable people in town. more

Best car audio place in Albuquerque! 12/21/2011

I've been dealing with Driver's Den Inc. for about fifteen years now. They've worked on my low-rider truck to my Hummer which I just bought. They've done very extensive audio system work from $7,000-30,000. I'm getting my car ready to give to my son who is moving out of the state, and Driver's Den Inc. replaced the speakers and is making it look good and fresh for him. Driver's Den Inc is the best car audio place in Albuquerque! You can't find anybody that does a better job. They're very knowledgeable about what they do! more

Driver's Den was great. 12/17/2011

I got a new JVC with Bluetooth so that my iPhone can connect straight into my stereo deck. And if you have an iPhone cable, you can charge it straight from the faceplate. If you're thinking of stealing mine, it also come with a detachable faceplate, so get your own at Driver's Den! more

Don't waste your money here!!!! Poor customer service!! 2/3/2011

So i took a very expensive sterio here to get installed & walked out with a broken steering wheel! Now i'm stuck with the bill to get it fixed, even tho they were aware of what they did. Their answer to me was "" There's nothing i can do for you, sometimes that happens""... Now if that's not a joke I dont know what is... I'm shocked these morons are still in business! For starters i should have known better then to take my car there. Their store looks like the 90's thru up in it. So be warned! If they break your car like they did mine, they won't man up & take care of it or even come close to making it right! more
