Good: They were able to fix my leak problem.. Bad: The fact that the representative has never sent the photos documenting my damage for insurance claims. I still have not received the estimate for the work, even though the leak has been fixed. The company advised that they would have a sub-contractor out to replace the sheetrock in the damaged area, but I still have a hole in my wall with no new sheetrock on it. Not to mention the company expects a $120 "service fee" everytime they come to your home, even to water test the work they completed. Odd.. Improvements: I guess since my job was not as profitable for DRIRITE, and the fact that I strongly questioned their entitlement to the "service fee" for testing their own work, they decided not to return to complete my job. Thanks for fixing the leak, dont have to worry about me calling back for your services.. more

A leak was found in my house. It had been undiscovered for many months and had caused a lot of mold and unseen damage. Dririte was recommended by my insurance adjustor and they did a bang-up job. They went the extra mile to complete the job in due time and to my complete satisfaction. more

Recently had a water line flood our basement in Tampa. We considered the damage to be very extensive and therefore thought the price for clean up would be equally extensive. But neither was the case with Dririte Drying Specialists. The came to our rescue fast without charging an arm and a leg! Even did a mold damage test using their infrared camera, just to be safe. We have used Dririte twice now, both times our home was flooded from faulty plumbing. Their response time is impeccable! They are there within 1-2 hours of calling. They do mold detection, removal of water and damaged carpet, etc. Their prices are reasonable and they will bill you, so you have time to get reimbursed by your insurance company.
