Had this company come to my home to see if they could clean a wool oriental rug. The other cleaner I've used in the past used to take my rug for a week and when they brought it back, it seemed to still be dirty. The cleaner that this company sent to my home was very knowledgeable about wool oriental rugs. He cleaned my rug without taking it with him and when he was finished, the colors were bright, the rug clean & soft and the cost was one third of what my old cleaner charged, I have hired them to clean all of the carpets in my home since cleaning my oriental and the job turned out beautifully. A neighbor told me about this company and it sounded too good to be true. No wet carpets, all spots gone, forever, no musty odors, no sticky detergents, just clean, dry carpets with all spots gone! After having this company do the work, everything my neighbor told me WAS true! I was amazed that my carpets look brand new and the spots are all gone and have not come back. Good: Their service is impeccable and the quality shows in their service and the unbelievable results. After six months, my carpets are still clean and after the cleaning, the carpets were absolutely dry, not wet. Has a very light, pleasant scent and the prices were very reasonable. There were not add on charges and I knew what the cost was going to be up-front, they don't try to sell you additional treatments. This company takes their time and does it right. Can't say enough good things about this company!. Bad: That it took me so long to find out about this company and their service!. Improvements: None, except get the word out about this company & quality of service!. Other: Great service! Great quality, Great cleaning job! Wonderful people to do business with, cleaning resuts were AWESOME! Carpets were dry, not wet after cleaning. No musty or wet odors , has a very pleasing "fresh" scent. Nothing came back even weeks after cleaning - carpet look like new and is 10 years old. These people know the proper way to clean carpets & rugs and their cleaning system seems healthier! they know their business and are always to give advice or answer all questions. They take their time and do the cleaning properly! Can't say enough about this company except - where have you been all these years? more

Good: Impeccable workmanship, detailed, excellent results - spots or soil did not reappear after cleaning as it did with other cleaners (Stanley Steemer, Servpro, Service Master & Chem-Dry). Very honest people. Owner is a police officer!. Bad: That I didn't know about this compnay, sooner!!!!. Improvements: None. Other: Beautiful, quality results, carpets dry after cleaning, no wet or musty odors and no waiting for carpets to dry. Carpets were clean, sanitized and had a very pleasing "fresh" scent! No detergents left in carpets and no add-ons to raise the prices - this company does not use them! Good people to do business with - highly recommend and I mean highly! Contacted this company after friend recommended, Company did a beautiful job, carpets look new and carpets were dry right after job was complete with no "wet" odors. The carpets still look new after having them cleaned over a month ago which has not been the case with my other cleaners. This company is the best kept secret in Central Florida. They also clean tile and tile grout and Wool rugs right on-site. If you're tired on poor carpet cleaning results - gibe this company a call, you'll love their work! more
