My friends and family have been buying their Volkswagen vehicles from this dealership for the past 3 years. Each and every person that I've talked to has had the most enjoyable experience when dealing with this dealership. All the staff is incredibley courteous and helpful. Each person has needed to take their brand new vehicle into the dealership to have little things fixed or fine tuned on the car and each person has been very pleased with their experience. So pleased in fact that not only do they not hesitate to take their vehicle in any tim for service but they actually praise the dealership to other friends. In customer service the best referral is praise from other people and this certainly is true here. A gem of a dealership. more

There slogan is the round house of values... I would agree with that- we shopped around quite a bit when we were buying our SUV, and they did give us an acceptable offer. Don't expect much in the way of customer service after the sale, though. We were led to believe we had a certain level of coverage as far as the warranty goes, but when we needed to have a small repair done, they tried to tell us it wasn't covered(should have been as far as we understood at time of sale) and that there was nothing they could do since the contract had already been done. more
