This had to be the worst experience shopping at Dresses and More.\r The sales people have no clue what is going on. They need to stand\r behind their products. All the sales people thought they owned the store and actually made the decisions on behalf of the owner. I would never shop into that store again.\r Just so so upsetting. It is worth to spend a few dollars more and get good service .!!!!!!! Never again look for Bargans more

The employees are pushy and nasty. Let alone the fact they seem to have no clue what's going on. They all have a "buy it now or don't bother" attitude, and have no idea where anything is. I was very displeased by the service, selection, and prices. I was with my mom, who wasn't sure if she wanted to buy the dress she had just tried on. The saleswoman asked her if she planned to purchase it and my mom said she wasn't sure, and the woman had the literally yanked it out of her hands and said "good bye". Absolutely horrid servic, I will NEVER shop here again. more

I called and talked t someone on the phone and they sounded so sweet told me i would get personalized service , thats what i was looking for . I was schocked that when i went in i got no greeting whatsoever from any sales associate . they didnt seem to have enough help although I did see a lot of woman around. I was shopping for my stepdaughters wedding and was unsure what to get . they had a lot of dresses in a small confined area. the dressing rooms are small and tight squeeze and im 98 pds . There were girls shopping for prom dresses so yes it was busy but if you know its prom season hire more help. My mom came with me and was a big help I found a great gown at a terrific price though . I just think they could have been more helpful . So if you know what you want go there but if you want that intimate service that we all love maybe its not or you or bring your mother more

This store has many great dresses for all kinds of special occasions like sweet sixteen, mother of the bride or even just a dress for the holidays. They also have a nice selection of fake furs and accessories. their prices are discounted so you can find a decent buy there for a really nice dress. more
