my new haircut, by DRee! 1/29/2012

Not only did I get an amazing shampoo- complete w/massage, but DRee gave me a very kicky, cute, and easy haircut. I have rhuematoid arthritis, and really cannot keep my hands up over my head long enough to do much styling, and now I won't have to! Thank you, DRee- I love it-! more

Bringing up Hair 1/17/2012

You ladies were wonderful - DRee, I appreciate so much your taking the time to come in and checking out what to do with my hair, and Mallory, you were so kind, patient, and so reassuring as I sat there chewing my nails, as well as reassuring me that my "new color" that I call "Apricot Sunshine" is only temporary :), and that the white that I am hoping for will be once more when I return for the second session in two weeks. At least that "whatever" color is no longer! Thank you very much, ladies! Jane more

Retail visit 1/12/2012

Stopped in to purchase a gift card. While the staff were all very friendly, it took a while to receive service. When I did, the staff seemed distracted. The reception area seems a bit disorganized. Aside from these issues, the location and set-up are welcoming. more

Dree & Co are, hands down, the best salon in Athens. The atmosphere is elegant but relaxed, making you comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. DRee and all her staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The services are top notch -- my hair always looks great. For folks looking for good color treatments, look no further. I've let my inner (outer?) gray shine out lately, but for years DRee worked her magic to recreate my childhood red. Red is hard to do folks, and it was always gorgeous. I highly recommend them for all your salon needs. more

I loved visiting with your new "helper" from Michigan, but she did get my collar quite wet during the shampoo/rinse time. Glad I had clothes on that it didn't matter if they got wet. Hair cut fabulous as usual. more
