Buyer Beware....we signed a contract for a new pool in May 2012 and the pool is still not complete. This company is a scam. They do not appear to have any employees and the owner will not return our calls. We also found another current customer in Michigan that is going thru the same process. At this point we have sub-contracted all of the work that remains and are paying out of pocket. I do not understand all of the Good reviews on site - just check the BBB, this company has an F and it is well justified. more

I really had no major problems with this company wile they were building our pool. It went along pretty seamlessly and came to an end right around the time they said it would. more

This company was great to work with! They took my back yard from a boring flat crabgrass infested lawn to the oasis that it is now. They did all the plans and surveying and had a great rendering of the finished product in a week or so. Over the next few weeks they made the yard into the showpiece it is now. I cant say enough about the great quality and attention to detail, those small things that most people dont notice. more

Communication with us about being a week behind schedule, and so that made me OK with it. Other than that I was very happy with the work and customer service I received from this company. I am excited to put the new pool to use next summer. more

Absolutely Scary Company 9/9/2011

This company screwed up everything on my new pool. (Built just 3 months ago) It is 8 ft closer to existing patio, wrong dimensions, coping is cracking and pieces breaking off, pool lights not centered, swim out crooked, tile not straight and the list goes on. To top it off I have received a notice of furnishings of a pending lien being placed on my property because the company did not pay for materials delivered for the job. Don't just take my review refer to the Better Business Bureau. more

Wonderful! 9/2/2011

We chose Dreamscapes Pools to do our backyard overhaul. They replaced an old fiberglass pool that was a little on the small side and didnt meet our needs. They worked together with us during the design phase and took everything we were looking for into account. They really out did themselves and gave us a result that far surpassed our expectations. more
