We're taking family to Dreamland Palace tonight. We've been more than a few times before and have enjoyed it each time. Last time we had the Creamed Corn Nuggets for an appetizer and everyone loved them. The Bratzel is good and the potato pancakes are yummy. Having German lineage on both sides of the family, we enjoy eating foods that make us feel "connected". more

Nice restaurant - decent food 8/18/2005

Dreamland Palace, though off the beaten path in Waterloo, is a great change from the fast food mecca. Service is decent and prices are okay for the meals. There is also some authenticity to the German entrees offered. Be sure to try the Rouladen or spaetzel. If you want to support a local restaurant and support the local Heritage, Dreamland Palace is the place to eat. more
