Dream Team Construction

I hired the Dream Team to install a new roofing system and they were a pleasure to work with. They finished there work in a timely manner all questions and concerns I had were addressed by the pleasant office staff. The workers were clean and neat not a debris was left on site. They applied for all the permits and had my roof inspected by the town and of course it passed. I now need additional work done to my backyard my paving system needs to repaired and I am definitely hiring Dream Team!!!!! more

I regret hiring Dream Team. The office girls were sweet when they were selling me the job but that's where the nicities ended for me. I hired Dream Team to line my chimney and to install four stovepipes. The technicians didn't complete the job and unbenownst to me, the work they did do was not to code. The technicians balked when I withheld the final payment despite it being in our contract that final payment wasn't due until the job passed inspection by my town. Many requests for the job to be completed were met with empty promises. Then, when PSE&G was at my house on an unrelated service call, they noticed the partial work done by Dream Team and shut down my furnaces and hot water heaters because of the danger. Thank God for PSE&G. Phonecalls to Dream Team about it were a source of frustration. Office worker Trish suggested I tell the technicians what to do to fix the problem so PSE&G can turn the furnaces back on-wow!! The company wanted me, the homeowner, who knows nothing about chimney liners to supervise their employees. My experience with them makes believe this is not the work of a professionally run business and I cannot recommend them to anyone. more
