Our family's loyal pet of 13 years, Elvis, had to put down because he was in the late stages of kidney failure. Everyone at Dream Land was caring and considerate during this very difficult time. When they came to pick him up from the Vet's office they had a specail carrier for him with blankets. As I saw the Dream Land's van pull away from the parking lot with Elvis' remains inside, they had their emergency blinkers on to show respect for my sweet fur baby. \r \r I very much recommend Dream Land! They recognize that pets are family too, and Dream Land respects them as such. more

Professional and compassionate. Individual cremation gave my 15 year old cat the dignity he deserved. Stephen and Jane were so kind and understanding. The paw print and keepsakes will ease our grief. I highly recommend Dream Land Pet Memorial when the time comes. more

Love and Compassion Beyond Compare 2/10/2010

What do you do when you wake up in the wee hours of the morning to find your beloved pet has passed away in the night? You call Kevin and Jane at Dream Land Pet Memorial Center. We were faced with just such a loss just 36 hours ago. As I type this my westie is still searching the house for her best friend. I called my vet who offered for us to bring up our baby where she would be placed in a freezer to wait to be picked up in a day or two to be cremated and her cremains would be sent back to us in a week or two. Nope...started searching around in the internet and found Dream Land. Within minutes I knew I had found a desperately needed service for those of us who want our family member to be treated with the respect and compassion we feel they deserve. Kevin (the owner) met us at the door with a hug and genuine concern. While we waited Gracie was placed in a little basket, cover with a blanket taken to a beautiful viewing room for us to say our last goodbyes. We brought her home today. more

Care and Compassion in a Time of Need 5/11/2009

Although I gratefully have not personally needed the services of Pet Dreams, now called Dream Land, I would recommend this wonderful family business to anyone grieving the loss of a pet. The Marcy family is extremely sensitive and caring, and treats every loss with the appropriate dignity and respect. They also offer ongoing grief counseling services. more

Wonderful, caring local people with long time ties to the area 5/5/2009

These are such wonderful, kind people! My cat, Dominique, had been battling an illness. We were starting to lose the fight a little bit, but were waiting on test results. She became very ill early Monday morning and passed away suddenly. I called for cremation services. Everyone has been so kind and patient. I have just picked up my kitty for the final ride home. Matthew walked me out to the car, which was a lovely special touch. I am from this area, but was gone a long time and moved back few years ago. It turns out I know some of his family members. I especially want to praise the information folder you receive. What an invaluable addition! They are kinder and more compassionate than any "human" funeral home I ever dealt with.I highly recommend Pet Dreams. They are so comforting and a bright spot during a sad time. more

They Treat You and Your Pet Like Family 4/28/2009

The Marcy family truly helps make a very difficult situation a little more bearable with their compassion and understanding. You can rest assured they will treat your pet with dignity and make you feel like part of the family. They always go above and beyond. When my parents lost one of their kitties, they wanted a specific urn. Pet Dreams (now DreamLand) did not carry the urn, but Jane contacted the manufacturer and arranged to have the urn delivered directly to DreamLand. One additional service that's offered is pre-planning. Something to think about so you don't have to make the arrangements in your time of grief. I've known several people who have used DreamLand and all have experienced the same caring service. more

Compassionate and Professional! 4/23/2009

Kevin Marcy, owner of Pet Dreams (now DreamLand) is one of the most compassionate people I have ever met. No doubt this is a business, and Mr. Marcy needs to make a profit, but that is not at all how he approaches his business. His primary concern is ALWAYS the care and dignity of the pet and the comfort of the grieving family. I work with a rescue group, and we have unfortunately had to use the services frequently. Mr. Marcy and the whole staff have always been incredibly compassionate, very professional and unbelievably responsive. I cannot recommend them highly enough. more

The Marcy family is unparalleled in their industry. No one goes to the lengths they do to help you ease your burden. Respect, dignity, compassion -- and being there long after your initial need. I cannot say enough good things about Pet Dreams!! It is truly a company borne out of their passion to help the animals and thus, we grieving owners. I shall always turn to the Marcys in my time of need. more

Wonderfully compassionate professionals! 8/7/2008

We recently had to have our 12 y/o welsh corgi euthanized and Kevin Marcy and his family took excellent care of our family. This very tough experience was made much easier by Pet Dreams Memorial. After going through this, I learned that many of my friends had utilized Pet Dreams Memorial's services and all had the same caring experience. Thank you for making a very emotional passing easier.
