I have to say, I love the work that these people do and I will always go to this place for my home design needs. From the free consultation at my house to the attention to detail, I was very impressed with the quality of work this darling little shop puts out. And they are very willing to work within any budget.\r \r I had an old Victorian sofa given to me by my grandmother many years ago that was worn down to the springs, and the padding was flat. So one day I finally decided to have it re-upholstered. I talked to Nancy about what fabrics I was interested in, and she helped me decide what would be best to match the decor in my home. She brought over the exact fabrics I had in mind, picked up the sofa at my home, and two weeks later it was done. When they delivered it to my house, I couldn't believe it was the same old piece of furniture that sat in my garage for 10 years! it gave me a sense of nostalgia having my old sofa looking brand new again. The owner yells at her customers and she certainly does not care if you are happy with your work. She just wants to do fast shoddy work and take your money and run. Maybe that explains why she is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and greedy. She must know she is so bad at what she does and so disgustingly rude that she will never see you again. I had previously gone somewhere else but the designer said she had moved. Do not have any work done by her that you cherish .....you will be sorry you did. I have to take this woman to small claims court now to get my money back and have my dining room set repaired from how she butchered it.\r more
