WEll Well, What all can I say about "Dream Cars"?? First of all when I pulled into parking Lot, I was directed into a spot, and Derrick walked right over. I told him my situation and he was very understanding and told me that I had come to the right place. As we talked about what I wanted and I needed, I felt that he really was listening and cared about the situation that i put myself into. Derrick showed me a great truck with a even Better Monthly Payment. I was very hesitent being that I am a women. I will be going back to see Derrick at Dreams Cars But not before I tell my Friends and Family!!!! Derrick was Great!!!!! more

Juan at Dream Cars is the person to see 6/29/2011

I went to Dream cars to check out pricing. Was kinda leaning towards a Acura, around 2005. But so far, I hadn't found anything worth my time, or price range. I was immediately greeted by Juan. He was one of the most chill salesman I ever met. We checked out quite a few cars. Finally coming across a 2007 Acura TL. It was completely perfect. Juan worked out a great price, and I was able to drive away in my new Acura that day. I'm so very happy with Juan at Dream Cars. I'll be back again. more

Great people, even better business! 6/29/2011

Went to Dream cars, with a not so great down payment and hopes of getting a great car. Derrick was our Car sales consultant and he was very honest and forthright with us from the very beginning, which we appreciated very, very much. He worked incredibly hard to get us into something we wanted, not once did he waste time or beat around the bush about anything. In the end, he got us into a pretty much brand new car with a great warranty. The sales manager Chris also helped us to work out a deal with payments that we could afford and he actually put us, the customer, before making money. I was amazed by that because most businesses are all about money and then about helping customers. Derrick and Chris were wonderful, the car they got us was amazing. I would recommend them to anybody without hesitation. more

derrick made my dream come true at dream cars credit i came to dream cars credit and i didnt think i was able going to get a car with my credit but they did everything they could to make it possible..i recommend anyone who has problems with credit or that dont have any credit to come down here and you will driving out of here with a car.. more

Juan made this Dog nut happy 6/28/2011

JUAN DID A WONDERFUL JOB! He truly found the perfect vehicle for My dogs and I. Juan didn't give me a dumb look when I explained that I needed something where my dogs can sit and still stick their heads out the windows...I know kinda ridiculous, but hey I love my dogs. The 2007 Durango was exactly just what I needed. Both my Labs and I love the car. The thing I appreciated most about Juan was that He treated my needs with a amazing amount of respect. I know they were kinda weird, but It was nice to be treated with respect. Even if my a crazy dog nut. more

When I started looking for a car, I didn't have a lot of hope for a good on a new car. I couldn't find a fair price for a 89 Lincoln I was using as a trade in. That's were Juan at Dream Cars made the difference. besides being extremely pleasant, He found the best trade in offer for my Daddy's old Lincoln. I've really been enjoying the 2005 Saab. Its been just a fun car to drive. Thank you very much Juan. more

Something is fishy here-teach your sales people how to sell 6/7/2011

Ok - so I look at their website & email to ask for financing info. I give my income level and info they require to pre qualify me. I make a decent amount but have risky credit right now. They emailed back and said my income qualifies me with no problem. I told the saleslady that I am only interested in specific cars - not just any car - I want what I want or I will keep my current car since I owe nothing on it.and it is still ok to drive. I want a Mercedes or Volvo and not interested in a Ford etc. When I ask more questions she says she will refer me to a financing specialist. (originally she said She was a financing specialist) She said she would send me paperwork about the loan I can get thru them. I got it in an email and it was a brochure about developing and establishing credit? Nothing about MY loan amount. Also, she understands clearly which cars I will consider. She keeps telling me I need proof of income and I reply that I have my tax return from IRS for previous years and last year. She acts like that is not ok - asks me if I can get the owner to write a letter?????!!! Yikes. So I say "Fine." She asks me to come in right now, & I explain that I work long hours & can't just drive over there right now. We make an appt. for the next week. For the next few days I get numerous (nearly harassing) emails and phone messages and she continues to ask me when I can come in. Also - they will NOT tell me how much of a loan I am qualified for based on my income. Very fishy and I realized i don't have the patience to deal with this type place. They need to teach their salespeople how to sell in a professional way. I am in sales & make a good income because I know how to appreciate potential customers. I would have been happy to know I have a pre-qualified client coming in. And why wouldn't they say how much loan amount I qualify for if I was willing to give them some of my info and income amount? I finally called her back and told her I have made an appt with her so why all the emails and phone calls???? She asked me if I could come RIGHT NOW. I said NO. I work. I do not live in Austin. What does she not understand??? So - I canceled the appt and I am SO glad I did not waste time and gas driving over to this goofy place. more

Awesome Service!!! 5/30/2011

I got the car of my dreams there. I was greeted by Carlos a salesperson there. Carlos went above and beyond to get me into a 2006 Toyota Highlander AWD. He was completely honest about everything. He made the car buying experience what it should be. He asked what my expectations were and he did everything he could to honor them. Its refreshing to go to a place that actually wants to sell cars. Kudos more

I thought I was never going to find someone to finance me with my bad credit. So I went to dream cars and thought I would give it a shot, but never thought I was going to get approved. A very nice salesperson ended up helping me named Brandon, he was very nice in helping me get a car that I really enjoy driving which is a Nissan Altima. I would tell anyone with credit problems to give them a chance. Thank You!!!! more

Beware the extended warranty 5/12/2011

There are many items in small print you must meet prior to getting any repairs paid for. I was less then 40 miles from Dream Cars but my car was stalling out while driving into town. I took it another half mile to the toyota dealer for repairs as it would not have made it the additional 15 miles to Dream Cars. When Toyota called to get authorization from the extended warranty they did not even have my car registered with them. This is at least 30 days after purchasing the car. I ended up paying for the repairs myself and trying to get reimbursed. Insurance company says no way as it was not pre authorized. I am now out 500 dollars and have a real bad taste in my mouth regarding Dream Cars and the extended warranty program they sell. TO the salesman was very high pressure and he and business would not let us leave when we could not agree on price for the purchase of a vehicle. We ultimatly caved and purchased a car we do like but felt almost like a prisoner to their process. Reuben the service manager is a good man and if they were not so far away, would probably use them for most of my service needs. more

As a former Capital Metro bus rider. I just wanted to take a little time and thank Carlos for the great deal he found on my 2009 Ford Fusion. I really, really have been enjoying my new vehicle. After finding this great car, don't only regret I have is that I should of went to dream cars sooner. Its nice to not center my life around a bus schedule, and still be able to buy groceries! AWESOME DEALERSHIP 4/28/2011

Well how can I say this I went into the dealership with the understanding I was already approved. I said yeah right well ill give it a try it cant hurt coming in. I had my heart set on a bmw 5 series but when I came in it was already soled "not to worry" my salesman Carlos said thats when he pulled out my real dream car a 7 series BMW I couldnt belive it until I signed and drove it off. and I now still cant believe its mine I just want to thank Carlos and everyone at dream cars thank you guys. more

easy financing 4/25/2011

Juan Herrera at Dream Cars Credit did an amazing job with my new car. I was a bit worried with my credit, but we still worked out a great deal on my 2006 Pontiac Grand Pix. Which was a major step up from my last car. Of all the places we checked out Dream Cars gave me the best deal. more

Well, I unfortunately have bad credit. So when I tried Dream Cars Credit, it was a shot in the dark. Juan made a few calls, and I drove away in a 2006 Ford Taurus. It's a great car, that I can afford. more
