Poor customer service but don't dare say anything or they will fire you! I still don't know what I did wrong. It's horrible a business can treat u badly and still be in business. more

Good: Individulized care. You are not just a person in the crowd. The doctors take the time to spend with you and discuss your issues and treatment options.. Bad: I haven't been let down yet.. Improvements: I would like to see more frames for children. Other: Custom Eyes has provided superior customer service. My daughter has alot of issues with her vision and they take the time to make sure she is treated properly and her prescription is correct. They also treat me the same way. I am never dissapointed and I know I am in very capable and caring hands.. more

Wonderful experience at their office. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful staff. Worked with me when my glasses were not right due to trying the no line bifocals and not being able to see with them. No problems with changing the lenses. Also had an eye injury while on vacation and the staff worked me right in when I returned and advised me as to what to do while I was gone. more

Good: I liked their website.. Bad: Excessive testing, conceted doctor, doctor did not verify Rx accuratly, glasses were not correct, did not accept warranty but tried to pass off that the patient did not understand that it takes a few days to get used to. Do you have to wait in the optometry chair for 2 days? No, when they can snap you into focus then when you put your glasses on they should do the same.. Improvements: I would like them to close or give me a full refund and refund my insurance.. Other: Don't let people bully you when it comes to your healthcare. For the money these people make they don't get to make mistakes or treat patients like crap, and especially don't humor them standing by their mistake or mistreatment. These are crooks as far as I'm concerned. They did the same thing to someone when I went in for the exam. They will do it to you. You cannot trust this business.. more

Dr. Linda Drake is awesome! A while back I was having some pretty serious eye irritation. I called a friend and she recommended Dr. Drake. After calling their office and explaining my situation, she had me come straight in and took great care of me. They definitely know how to treat their clients! more
