Best Coffee Shop in Louisville! 2/8/2011

I love this coffee shop! It is the best place in Louisville to hang out and enjoy a great cup of coffee. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable about their product. I go to the Dragonfly almost everyday and have never had a bad experience here. My lattes are always awesome, and I really enjoy all of the breakfast and lunch options they have to offer. If great coffee and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere is your thing, Dragonfly is definitely a must! more

Won't return, been a customer 1 1/2 years 9/22/2010

I have been going to the Dragonfly for 1 1/2 years once a week with a friend. Sometimes the friend can afford coffee and sometime not. She has never been made to feel ashamed until today. 9-22-10 @ 2:00 p.m.\r \r Even thought I bought a coffee my friend couldn't have a glass of water and sit and talk with me. We were told she had to buy a coffee to stay in the shop. So as not to humiliate my friend more I bought her a cup of coffee.\r \r We will not return!!! more

I love this place! 3/8/2010

I live in lafayette and usually shop in lafayette, but i love what the Dragonfly coffee shop has to offer in terms of quality and atmosphere and service. So i drive across town for this experience. You can sit with a laptop, or sprawl out on one of the comfy couches. They make this cool flower out of the cream on top of the coffee! Pros: great coffee, great atmosphere more

Do NOT GO! 8/19/2009

This place only stands because of the baristas that work there, coffee is okay. I went when I think who was the owner was there. Screaming at one of the employees. Awful awful. Could not get out of there fast enough...made the coffee taste bitter. Expensive and rude? No Thanks. Never again. Cons: crazy bad energy more

A local gem! 4/29/2009

It's a local business and a good, conscious one at that. Love the menu they have; features great drinks and fantastic treats that make great accompaniments to the drinks. The Baristas are friendly and service prompt and efficient. Perfect spot to spend the afternoon reading or catching up with friends. Pros: Good menu and great staff. Cons: None :) more

Great-Tasting Coffees! 4/29/2009

This is a great coffee shop! I stumbled upon it due to a change in employment and fell in love. The owner is very community minded and has an extraordinary staff of baristas - each unique and each bringing a wonderful flavor to the full experience of the shop! I've become a regular to the shop because of the integrity and amazing coffee drinks. In addition, they have wonderful treats that compliment the coffee - croissants, fruit filled pastries, muffins, scones, burritos, breggos, and quiches... it's a full experience of flavor and friendliness! Ridiculous Minimum for Dragonfly 3/24/2009

I have only been here twice. The first time I was here for a breakfast burrito and coffee. Today is the second time and I ordered a cafe au lait. The blue haired girl behind the counter stated that I did not spend enough money to use the internet because you have to spend $2,99. I have not left yet but I will not return. Unfortunately I was planning and still will buy a gift here today for over $20.00 because I do not want to spend any more money here than I have to. There are alot of better coffeehouses without the insulting rules to use internet. I love Cannon Mine Coffee House down the street in Lafayette. Pros: decent coffeehouse Cons: minimum to use internet more
