WILLIAM COLEMAN, MD
William R. Coleman, MD was born and raised in Los Angeles. He received his doctorate from the UCLA School of Medicine where he graduated with Department of Medicine honors and served as president of the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. After completing his internship at the University of Washington, Dr. Coleman returned to UCLA for his dermatology training. He served as Chief Resident and continues teaching as an Assistant Clinical Professor.
Dr. Coleman has written many articles on skin disease and has conducted clinical research on psoriasis and skin cancer. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. He is an active member of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Dermatologic Society and the San Fernando Valley Dermatologic Society for which he is also the current president. Dr.
