Dr Turner Dentistry

I had a filling fall out in 2005 - Coast Dental wanted to perform a needless root canal. Dr Turner fixed it by replacing the filling - it is still good. I needed a crown on a different tooth in 2007 - he did it with superb craftsmanship. He is a skilled dentist and I am extremely happy with him. I have referred several other relatives and they also have had good experiences. more

We switched to a new dentist due to changes in our insurance coverage and I located Dr. Turner in my local yellow pages. While he was polite and his care was competent-he hesitated toi make important decisions regarding the care for my daughters dental concerns. He wanted to refer me to others time and time again when he should have been more than able to perform the simple procedure she needed. The office staff was very irresponsible as well and the entire time my daughter was apatient there-they never had a working fax machine and this made it very difficult to transfer records to and from them! I would not recommend this office more for the staff and billing policies than for the dentist but he was not as sure of his abilities as he should have been for being a dentist alone in practice! more
