I called with a loose crown and I was worried because I was leaving in a few days for vacation outside of the country. Dr. Bracker got me in the next day and took care of the crown. Great work as usual. more

Scam!!! Do not go here 5/31/2012

Do Not Go To Her! I had my cavities filled and they drilled the biggest holes I now need crowns. When I brought my children in for cleanings they were rude and made my son feel very uncomfortable, and the worst part is the fact that Dr. Susan Bracker said my son needed two cavities I didn't believe it went to a different dentist and they said he has no cavities!!!! I can't believe she's still in business. She is a Scam and her staff is awful! Do not go here!!!! more

I love knowing that i have the #1 Dentist in Rochester! Any treatments i have i always feel so much better, and I know I am in good hands. The staff was courteous and efficient. Dr. Bracker made sure to confirm with a call to insure that everything should be done at the original appointment! more

I give Dr. Susan Bracker 5 stars all around! I am always so comfortable when I go to see her. They are sensitive to anything I need and so friendly! I never have to wait and she's so honest. There's no trying to do more than necessary with her which is so great. more

My wait was short. The hygenist was cordial and courteous. She was gentle and worked quickly and concerned aboit my teeth and if I had encountered any problems with my teeth. Dr Bracker inspected my teeth and found no problems and the x-rays confirmed her prognosis of no problems. more

As always, my visit to Dr. Bracker's office was as pleasurable as a dentists office can be. The staff is very helpful and always have a smile on their faces and a great sense of humor. The Doctor and Hygenist even allowed me to bring in my own toothpaste and mouthwash for my cleaning, much to my relief. more

Dr. Bracker is a wonderful dentist 7/12/2011

Dr. Bracker is a wonderful dentist. I have been a patient of hers for well over a decade. The only negative thing I can say about her practice is the long waiting. More times than not I'll be in the chair for at least an hour before she has a chance to come and attend to me. If you bring something to occupy your time, she is worth the wait. more

One of the nice things about Dr.Bracker's office is the staff. They are very friendly and I never have to wait very long to get into a chair. Everyone is pleasant and efficient and it makes for your dental visit relaxing. I highly would recommend Dr.Bracker to family and friends. more
