Dr. Jones is possibly the most knowledgeable and thorough doctor with whom I have ever had contact. I delivered in a different city after, but she kept contact with my husband and me throughout labor and birth, and was the first to diagnose a complication over the telephone - before the on call doctor or attending nurses. She is extremely caring, and has always been able to answer in full the questions I had. Staff I have dealt with over the phone, they were average. I did not wait for any appointments, maybe others had other experience.
