Amazing. \r Let me start by saying I was a bit hesitant to call this office based on the mixed reviews, I am a bit of a review junkie so I did a little bit more digging and found a ton of good reviews that outweighed the bad. So I called to make an appointment. The lady who scheduled my appointment over the phone was very friendly. After the call I felt better about my decision to go with this particular office. \r When I arrived I was immediately greeted by the staff and was asked to take a seat and fill out some paperwork. As I did so I was offered coffee, tea, water and even Oreos! They made me feel very comfortable while I waited to see the Doctor. (5min wait) \r Once I was put in a room I again waited. (5mins or less)\r When I met the Doctor he was very professional and compassionate. I felt like he really wanted to help me feel better. After the consultation the Doctor made his recommendation for treatment and was not pushy or salesman like. I asked to think about it and he completely understood. \r After the amazing treatment I received at Dr. Baeks office I was done ""shopping"" around for a Chiropractor. His staff, facility and the care I received while there was second to none, in my opinion, so I didn't think twice about returning.\r I have been a regular patient now for some time and I am happy to say that I feel great! The regular adjustments have helped me tremendously! I cannot rave enough about Dr. Baek and his staff. I'm so glad I did more research and didn't just write this office off. more

If you are looking for a DNFT non force chiropractor that "Steve" advertises himself as ....Don't waste your time like I did! I waited 30min. for him to get back from lunch and then he talked at me for 1 hour when I realized he was trying to get me to walk out on his free consultation because I wasn't buying into his program. He told me he doesn't believe in non force technique and tried to sell me on his "program" of Xrays and multiple weekly visits for an undertermined length of time using a chiropractic technique he didn't disclose. He himself does not see patients- you will be put in the hands of young new chiropractors he is training in his office. more
