I am not very mechanical person in things, but he makes sure to show me. When I call him, he is over at my house within 20 minutes whenever he can. He is an absolutely terrific guy and fair. more

I hired Dr. Stereo to mount and install three TVs in my house along with installing wiring throughout the house. They were very honest about what they can and cannot do. They are very accurate when it comes to their estimates. It was actually less than what they predicted. They are very, very responsive. The work is excellent and everything works perfectly. more

I'm excited to recommend Mark Bowen to anybody - honest and upfront! 10/17/2014

I like that Mark Bowen from Dr. Stereo replies immediately if you have any issues, he'll be there within hours attending your situation. He helped me with my wireless system upgrade when I had no connection to the radio system. Mark made sure to troubleshoot it, test it and made sure it worked properly. When my console went bad (an expensive remote control that controls everything), he fixed it too. Mark Bowen is very attentive and wants to give you the best product. I'm excited to recommend him to anybody because he is very honest and upfront about the prices. He is the point guy for the company - amazing! more

Extremely fantastic and very prompt. 10/16/2014

I am really happy with the entertainment center that Dr. Stereo has set up in my living room. They came right away to get the job done, and it was perfect. Anytime I have ever called them, they've been right on point. I, myself, am a business owner, so I always expect the best, and I definitely got that from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

Good, honest customer service 9/10/2014

Dr. Stereo recently installed a new stereo system in my house to replace the old one which was not working properly anymore. The technicians were honest, on time, and good at communicating everything that they were going to. They delivered on all of their promises and did a great job for me. I think that the prices are fair and I was satisfied with the quality of customer service. It was a good experience and I highly recommend their service. more

I have used Dr. Stereo on a couple occasions in the past and I always come back because they're good at what they do. They have set up an all-in-one remote for us and they recently installed a Sonos system. Highly recommended. more

I have never been disappointed 7/23/2014

We recently moved into a new home and Dr. Stereo came to install two entertainment centers and a Sonos system. The workers are all perfectionists and they clearly know what they're doing. The work was outstanding and the Sonos system is incredible. I have never been disappointed with anything they have done for me. more

He's done everything we've asked and more 2/11/2013

Dr. Stereo had been great. Every time I want something done, he always handles it. He doesn't charge me for things that I think he probably should have. He wired the whole house. He's always willing to come and and says, "Hey, that's part of the service". I couldn't speak more highly of him. more

It wasn't a lot, but I called up Dr. Stereo because I had a problem. Steve came right out and took care of the problem and explained what it was to me. I was very happy with the services. He was knowledgeable, which I was impressed with, and Mark, the assistant, was very knowledgeable also. more

We have had 3 different projects done by Dr. Stereo. Overall, everything was good but we did have one problem. However, I don't think it was their fault and they were always very available and willing to help. They were very attentive to details and their customer service was wonderful. more

Worth the expense 3/5/2012

I was recommended to Dr. Stereo by a friend. They installed a surround sound for me. They were very responsive to my requests and I would use them again. The expense was worth the service. more
