Amazing Experience! 10/20/2010

Dr. Maggi and his staff were very friendly and professional from my consult to my follow-ups. I was a little nervous going in since this was my first surgery ever and didn't know how I would react to the anesthesia and pain. The surgery lasted approx. 45 minutes, when I woke up I didn't remember anything and had NO pain. I have several friends who have had this procedure done and warned me of the side affects I would endure. My first day was unexpectedly great I had no side affects to the anesthesia or the pain medication and was walking around and eating like normal. The only other person I know who had a similar experience also went to Dr. Maggi. I am very pleased with my results and would definitely recommend Dr. Maggi. more

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME 10/19/2010

The entire staff at Austin Plastic Surgery Center helped to make my experience a GREAT ONE!! My intial consultation was very informative and I was educated about the procedure and I felt good about it before I even had it done!!The actual procedure was quick, in at 7am and back home before 10am I was able to call the nurse with any questions even though it was a weekend. My follow up care has been thorough.\r \r I'm so pleased with my results. I have a VERY natural, proportional appearance. I would recommend Dr. Maggi and his staff to anyone considering breast augmentation!!! more

Hard to understand how ""Heather"" could be so critical of Dr. Maggi!! Dr. Maggi is the kindest and most compassionate physician ever and its obvious how much he wants his patients to be thrilled with their results! I am 100% happy with all the procedures I have had with at Austin Plastic Surgery Center!! I recommend all my friends and clients to Dr. Maggi!!!\r Nurse Kelly is fantastic with Fillers and Botox. From the moment I walked in the staff was very acknowledgable and friendly. I had been to many other facilities quick to schedule and get payment but not quick to inform of procedure and give options of care. Dr. Maggi and his staff at Austin Plastic Surgery Center ROCK! I had a breast augmentation done recently and couldn't be any happier. I did extensive research on Dr. Maggi and many other plastic surgeons in Austin and am so happy I chose him. He listened to what I was looking for, has a PHENOMENAL surgery center and a caring staff. He's such a great surgeon I would recommend anybody go see him. more

Fantastic Experience! 9/27/2010

I had breast augmentation in June and I could not be happier with the results! Dr. Maggi and his staff were incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I did my research and actually went to consultations at a few other surgeons in the Austin area but chose Dr. Maggi based on his experience and confidence. My surgery was so easy and way less painful than I would have expected. I had surgery on Friday and was back to work on Monday. I was 100% comfortable trusting my well-being with this doctor. I would encourage anybody considering breast augmentation to check out Dr. Maggi's website and set up a consult. more

Go somewhere else. 9/22/2010

I had a horrible experience, Dr Maggi was arrogant and condescending. His staff was welcoming and helpful during the consultation yet once the surgery was done I felt like a bother when asking questions about what was considered normal after ...which I found out from another plastic surgeon was completely abnormal. I had breast augmentation and had some issues after that were not treated until it was too late. Not only did I have this issue but I know of 2 others that had similar problems. Go to another plastic surgeon and make sure to check the Texas Medical Board for disciplinary actions against Dr Maggi before you decide to go through with any surgery with him. more

Totally Amazing!! 8/4/2010

I recently had a breast augmentation done. I was so nervous because I had never had surgery before. Dr. Maggi and his entire staff made me feel right at home and so comfortable. He is very knowledgable, curtious and confident. The entire staff was amazing, they were there for anything I needed no matter when it was. Also Dr. Maggi did a fantastic job. this has been one of the best experiences in my life!!! I definaltey would do it all over again. Highly recommended!!! more

Amazing Plastic Surgeon 7/29/2010

For years I was insecure because my breasts weren't even and on one side it seemed to slope like I lacked muscle. I went to a few plastic surgery centers to get opinions and costs. When I found Dr. Maggi I felt like he was the best fit, he really listened to me and took the time to figure out what was best for me. I trusted I was in good hands and on top of that the price was the best I found. Dr. Maggi did an amazing job, all my insecurities are gone and I look amazing. Best choice in plastic surgeon 7/5/2010

I had a breast augmentation about a year ago...going from less than a 34A to a 34C. When I was searching for a plastic surgeon, it didn't take me long to choose Dr. Maggi. The ladies at his office are all great, very pleasant and helpful. The whole process and procedure went so smooth and easy, that it makes you think..what else would I like done...:) The before and after procedure care were all personable and excellent.\r Pros: Great Client Care! FANTASTIC! One of the best decisions of my life! 6/13/2010

After 3 kids, (2 of them 18 months apart) my body was just not the same. Before I decided to have the surgery I spent a year and a half at the gym trying to loose the excess skin and fat around my midsection. Dieting and exercise wasn't enough. I shopped around and met with several plastic surgeons, paid numerous consultation fees (not at Austin Plastic Surgery Center) and no one could compare to the friendliness and honesty I received from Dr. Maggi and his staff. They make you feel comfortable and treat you with respect and you leave feeling confident about your decisions. The surgery went perfectly and I am so happy with the results. The incision sites are thin and flat, no thickening around the scar, which is already fading. It's been 8 months now and I just went back for Botox, which is also amazing. Thank you Austin Plastic Surgery Center, you not only gave me my body back but my confidence as well! Pros: Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere,excellent results Cons: absolutely nothing more

Completely Amazing! 12/12/2009

This was my first experience with plastic surgery. I never thought I would ever do anything like this but after two children, gaining/losing weight, and complaining one too many times about the size of my breast I decided to do some research. I did my research and decided to go for a consultation. Dr. Maggi's office staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable. I visited them several times with and without my boyfriend before making a decision. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. They made my appointments at convenient times for me which was nice. I had my surgery in June and I am amazed everyday by how awesome they turned out. My boyfriend says that I have the most perfect cleavage. Dr. Maggi listened to what I wanted and they turned out perfect....not too big or too small. PERFECT!! I am even considering going back for some other things that the gym just can't fix :) Go in for a free consultation and talk with the staff and Dr. Maggi. You will see what a great place it is!! Pros: friendly, knowledgeable, patient Cons: none that I can think of more

Awesome! 9/29/2009

I had a awesome experience at Austin Plastic Surgery Center. Dr. Maggi was incredible gave me just what I wanted. Although at the time I was set on a bigger size He assured me that he knew what he was doing and He did. They are very natural looking and I have had no comlaints. Great Job, Great Staff and Great Outcome. After looking for the right place for 4 years I found it and recommend anyone interesting in getting work done to come visit with the staff and Dr. Maggi. Pros: the staff here was awesome, everyone was genuine and sweet. Cons: There are none! more

I had muliple procdure surgery with D. Maggi and it was a great experience! He and all of his staff are very caring and give the highest quality care and results! From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted as a friend. Kelly and all his staff ar awesome, they do their best to make you feel comfortable and guide you through the process. When you want the very best! 9/25/2009

As stated before I had more than one procedure done, and during this time, I went for a free consultation, and actually had several consultations and I was always welcome with all my questions answered. Dr. Maggi and staff worked around my schedule, and once even scheduled me as the only surgery of they day as a favor due to my schedule. Excellent results ! Could not be happier! And think I need to go see see Dr. Maggi again soon :) Pros: Caring, Professional, Excellent Results more

Excellent Dr, Staff and Facility!! 9/25/2009

I have been a patient of Dr Maggi's for the last couple years and have had several procudures done and never had a single complaint. Dr. Maggi is dedicated to hi patients and will go out of his way to make sure the results are pleasing to the patient. Dr. Maggi demonstrates a level of care that could be surpassed by none. I had surgery on a Friday, in order to accomodate my work schedule and the least days missing time from work, and Dr Maggi came in on Saturday to do post op visit and scheduled me again for Monday just to make sure eveything was going well. The staff is absolutely wonderful!! For my money he is the best and will continue to be my Dr for any future needs I have! Pros: Caring, Professional, Great Results Cons: none I have experienced. more

Fantastic Experience 9/23/2009

My experience was the best. I had plastic surgery before but never received the service and results that I received from Dr. Maggi and staff.\r I am athletic and fit, but did not feel feminine. I had 3 consultations with different Plastic Surgeons and felt very good about choosing Dr. Maggi. \r I got the perfect size breasts that feel and look super natural. \r He did an amazing job. \r I am a knock out now and feel like a woman.\r Who would have thought a tom boy could look so hot :-)\r Thanks to Dr. Maggi. Blessing 9/23/2009

I had gained weight in all the wrong places after my divorce and decided to visit a few plastic surgeons in order to correct this matter immediately. My self esteem was worth it.\r I visited 4 different plastic surgeons and once I met with Dr. Maggi, I knew I did not need to look any further.\r His staff made me feel like family. Dr. Maggi was extremely professional, meticulous, kind, and an excellent listener. He was completely honest with me and helped me relax and confident.\r After the procedure, I was amazed at the results. It was even better than I had expected. I now have very natural breast implants but no extra skin or fat in my stomach, butt and hip area. I healed quickly and can now wear dresses and pants with confidence. Finally, jeans are my favorite pants to wear.\r I have never felt better and feel so stupid for not doing this sooner.\r Dr. Maggi and his staff are truly a BLESSING. \r God bless...
