Let me start this off by saying I am absolutely horrified by anything and everything that involves teeth. So, when I found out I had to get my wisdom teeth out (I'm 24 and waited far too long), I was in a pretty dark place, darker, even, than my impacted wisdom teeth. more

Wonderful experience! 12/13/2011

Dr. Dolman is by far one of the best professionals I've encountered in the field of medicine -- not just dentistry. I went to him for wisdom tooth extraction during a time when I was dealing with 5 other issues a couple of months ago. He's extremely thorough, patient and puts your mind at ease -- especially helpful for patients like me, who are terrified of getting novocaine shots. Excellent with following up and checking on you. Brilliant doctor from start to finish. more

Excellent Care From A Professional Yet Personable Surgeon 3/12/2011

A few months ago, I was suprised to discover that I had a wisdom tooth growing in. After seeing my dentist and orthodontist, I was feeling overwhelmed by the options available to me, regarding how to proceed in caring for this tooth, and also for my overal oral health. I consulted with Dr. Dolman, and he quickly put my mind at ease. He discussed each of my options with me in a very professional manner, while also being very personable, ensuring that I fully understood each of my options. Not only did Dr. Dolman put my mind to ease before the surgery, but he also made sure to follow up with me regarding after-care, and any questions I had. Thank you, Dr. Dolman! more

Do yourself a favor, see Dr. Dolman! 3/11/2011

Many people get nervous about taking care of their wisdom teeth extraction (myself included). We've all heard horror stories from friends who experienced painful, lengthy recoveries with little personal attention from their doctor. Let this review assure you Dr. Dolman does everything in his power to give you the most positive, calm, careful, attentive experience possible. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and was back to myself within days. You may visit him for a different issue, but I feel confident you'll receive the same great care I did! more

Grateful for great care! 3/7/2011

I don't usually write reviews about my doctors, but when I saw that someone had written one about Dr. Dolman, I decided I had to as well. Let me tell you, Dr. Robert Dolman is the most caring, efficient man you want taking care of your oral problems... I have lived in may U.S. cities, and New York City has become my fave because of him! I have had lifelong jaw problems, and finding him in the Big Apple has saved my life! Nice guy, well-trained, best I've seen in a long time! more

Best post-wisdom tooth care 3/7/2011

Discovering Dr. Robert Dolman was the luckiest experience I've had in a long time. I was in terrible pain from my wisdom teeth flaring up , and a friend of mine referred him to me. I called, and was given a quick appointment. Dr. Dolman was so attentive and thorough, it was surprising and very refreshing! The appointment to extract my wisdom teeth went smoothly, but the reason I am writing this review is that I couldn't believe his follow-up care! Dr Dolman called me a few days afterwards to make sure I was healing well, and I have to tell you, that kind of personal touch was impressive! Thank you Dr. Dolman! more
