Dr Richard Presley & Assoc

I have 5 kids ranging from 7-15. They are a handful and I when I went to Dr. Presley's. They ACTUALLY kept quiet as they watched a movie or played with the toys. When it came time to start the exam, the employees were patient as kids can't sit still for very long. They also had my kids laughing when they had to be dilated. The doctor was very thorough and I appreciated her taking the time to explain to me what she was doing. I liked the experience so much that I set an appointment that weekend. I was a little late but they didn't seem annoyed by it. Everyone was as nice as the last time I saw them. I got an exam, glasses prescription, and a year supply of contacts for $208! Pretty darn good! I had to come back the next week for a follow up and I got my contacts there. Overall a good experience. Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable Cons: None really more

Horrible experience. The doctor was rushing around, seemed like she barely had time to do her job. Lots of waiting during my first visit. And now a month and a half later... still no contacts. They keep saying they will re-order. Pretty odd that they just have this mystery of no contact lenses showing up and no one notices or takes any action until I call. Doing business with them has been nothing but frustration. I am at the point where I am just going to file a complaint with the BetterBisBureau because this is so unprofessional and I hope no one else has to deal with the same incompetence.
