I am a 47 year old adult patient with complex dental issues related to a congenital cleft lip and palate. I have been under the care of Faber Orthodontics for the past four years and have been exceedingly satisfied with the care and outcome of my treatment. The office and doctors are high tech not only in terms of equipment, but also in regard to their dental/medical knowledge. They not only designed my multi-team treatment plan which was implemented surgically, orthodontically, and prosthetically, but were supportive go to doctors on the team. The office staff is very friendly and the office is run efficiently. Appointment scheduling was flexible and required little to no wait time (but keep in mind that I was available to schedule appointments during normal working/school hours). Given the amount of treatment my congenital condition has required over the years, I feel that I am well positioned to make an informed recommendation and I would definitely recommend Faber Orthodontics. In fact, my 7 year old son just had a consult with Faber Orthodontics and will be starting treatment shortly (thankfully without any complications from a birth defect). The title says it. The operative word being "family." Drs. Richard and Zachary are consummate professionals in their field, always learning and applying new cutting-edge techniques and skills to their practice. All with great enthusiasm. When you enter their office, you feel like you're visiting family (the kind you LIKE seeing). The two Fabers are engaging and like to get to know their patients as people, not just patients (unlike many other doctors). There is nothing pompous or arrogant about these two guys. And they are NEVER condescending. You just get the feeling that they sincerely care and will provide you the best care for your unique situation. And they DO! Whoever thought that visiting the orthodontist couldn't be an enjoyable experience obviously hasn't discovered Faber Orthodontics! And yes, I'm REALLY a patient and this is my honest review. Its typically hard to get my 10-year-old daughter to go to the Doctor's office -- but telling her she has an appointment with Dr. Faber is never a problem. She truly enjoys the relaxing environment. She's always commenting on the decor (touching all the buttons on the holiday displays)and I'm amazed how she independently walks right into the room whether I'm with her or not. more

If you are wondering where to go to get honest, dedicated, and caring orthodontic treatment for your child (or yourself), this is the place to go. I took my daughter to Dr. Z. Faber based on the recomendation of a very good friend. His staff was wonderful--friendly and kind--and there was no waiting time. After meeting and talking to Dr. Faber, we choose him over other doctors, even knowing that he was not in our health plan (which we have never done before)! Dr. Faber went over each step of treatment in detail, making it easy to understand. He then spent time explaining costs, and showed us different options on how we could pay that would make it easier for us to afford. Spending this extended time with us gave him more information as to who we are as people, not just clients, but it also gave us a clearer picture of the type of doctor he is. My daughter really likes his staff; they make her feel comfortable and "like she's not just another kid" (her words) and made her choice clear of Dr. Faber as soon as we left from our first appointment. Unfortunately all of this is not something that is easily found in today's world, but in the rare case that you do find it, don't pass it up. more

I was a patient of Dr. Faber (father) as a young girl, and have returned with my daughter for her treatment. Within 4 months, we have seen an amazing change in her teeth, they are basically perfect already. It is always a pleasure to go for visits, the staff is kind and capable and both doctors are more than qualified. We had to reschedule our first appointment 3x (funeral/ sickness/ school play) and everyone was very understanding. When we finally got there there was little/no wait and Dr. Zack Faber and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They didn't get annoyed at any question no matter how trivial, and went out of their way to get insurance information that I would have normally had to look up myself. My daughter just turned 10 and was looking forward to see what it was all about. She came out saying that she was glad we picked Dr. Faber, but that she also really liked the women that were helping. more

When I was younger I had my braces done by Dr. Faber. I chose him after doing much research and found him to be the best. Now I have children of my own that have had their braces done by Dr. Faber and Dr. Faber Jr (Zach). My kids love them as I did and we have a house full of beautiful happy smiles! more
