Dr. Benyamin was very caring and took time to research what would best alleviate the pain of my many autoimmune diseases. He didn't keep me on meds, he had me try water therapy (which was wonderful) and even biofeedback which they offer right there at the pain center. His nurse, Jamie, stayed busy, but always found time to answer my questions and made sure I knew what her message return schedule was so that I would not wait around for a call back. How to get to Dr. Benyamin when you have staff that doesn't care about your pain? Phone calls are not returned, and if you call them to follow up a question tne staff acts like you are an idiot. Pros: Dr. Benyamin is pleasant and knowledgeable Cons: Staff is rude, inconsiderate, and uncaring more

If you would like to go to a place that doesnt know what they are doing.... this is the place for you. They never call you back. They dont know what medications they are giving you, and when they do give you meds they leave you alone to deal with the side effects on your own. They call in meds for people who dont exist. Double up on the same type of meds... because they don't know who is giving what. They are rude and they are liars. I think that is the only thing a person needs to know about a doctors office. Make sure you ask them about their contract, because they will hold you to it, even if you have no idea what they are talking about. Oh and if you think you are going to get better...this is not the place for you. For four years this ""comprehensive clinic"" did not do anything for me but put me on narcotics. Even though I asked repeatedly for other alternatives. No physical therapy... no psychologist... just narcotics and another appointment. Where is the ""comprehensive"" in this clinic.
