Owner Message
  • Dr. Pitcher has served patients in Kitsap County for over twenty-four years. He and his family came to Bremerton on assignment from the U.S. Navy, after graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. They liked the area so much that they decided to stay and raise their family here. Dr. and Mrs. Pitcher have seven children and several grandchildren and their activities have kept them busy in community affairs. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of West Sound American Red Cross and a member of the Bremerton School District Health Advisory Board. He was elected to the Central Kitsap School District Board of Directors from 1996-1999. He has also been active in scouting, peewee sports, music, church, and other family activities. Dr. Pitcher is a member of the American Dental Association, the Washington State Dental Association and the Kitsap County Dental Society. He founded the Kitsap County Dental Support Group, where community dentists help seriously injured or ill colleagues by volunteering in their offices. The field of dentistry is constantly changing and Dr. Pitcher enjoys staying up-to-date with the purchase of new state-of-the-art equipment like the intra-oral camera and by reading professional journals and attending continuing education seminars, especially in cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
