The office staff at the Garcia Institute, as well as the medical staff, were the most patient, friendly and professional people I have ever encountered in any medical office I have ever visited. I was particularly impressed with Brenda and her willingness to share her experience with the same type surgery and her frank assessment of what I might expect. more

I was very pleased with the care I received, especially by Dr. Roberto Garcia. I would recommend him to my friends, although I haven't told too many of them yet. The care and attention I received on subsequent visits has been more than adequate. I'm pleased that I took this step and now feel I should've done it years ago. more

Drs. Garcia and their staff are the consummate caregivers. Teamwork personified. They give personalized attention a whole new meaning, welcoming you as a respected and valued associate. Most importantly, their demeanor reflects their love for God and their commitment to using their God-given talents as a calling- a mission more than a livelihood. We are always uplifted by their joyful spirits. Viva Garcia! more

An Awful Experience!!! 1/23/2011

I wouldn't recommend this place in 2010, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them this year. I still have noticeable scarring. I still have surgically induced hair loss. I still feel like I was a fool for ever having gone to Garcia Facial Plastic Surgery. I can't ever forget just how nice they were to me BEFORE my surgery. I won't ever forget how different they were to me AFTER my surgery. Both the Garcia brothers, Phillip and Roberto, have ignored my formal complaint about my horrible results. I paid nearly SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for my surgery at this facility and now I am ignored?? I've said it before, and I'll say it again....I personally think this business is a scam. more

Would Definitely Recommend 1/14/2011

When I came to GPS I was nervous and a little fearful of what I was about to undertake. The emotion I experienced actually surprised me. Dr. Philip Garcia was able to calm all concerns. My overall experience was very good. The procedure I choose was just what I needed and desired. I'm so pleased with the results. The only thing I may have done different would have been to have had the procedure 5 years earlier. more

In my research, I decided Garcia Facial Plastic Surgery had the best knowledge, experience and type of procedure that was right for me. I was not wrong in choosing. Dr. Roberto Garcia and all the staff are very professional and knowledgeable-but equally as important-I was treated as a person, not a number and any concerns were addressed immediately. more

Really appreciated Brenda's discussing my post-operative symptoms and exchanging her experiences and her encouraging, bright attitude. Liked all the staff and everyone was warm and friendly. I am very please with the results of my surgery. The hand-book was very informative and helped me prepare for my surgery. Dr. Garcia was excellent before and after the surgery. He explained everything to my husband and myself. Dr. Garcia made us feel totally comfortable and at ease. We left confident knowing that he knew exactly what he was going to do and it would be done well. more

The Worst!!! 8/16/2010

When my dog had surgery, the vet closed her incision with staples. When Dr. Garcia operated on me, he closed a portion of my incision with staples too! The vet was a bargain and he did a really good job. He only charged me like 90 bucks. I paid nearly $7,000 to Garcia Facial Plastic Surgery and I think the dog's scar looks better than mine. more
