Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They have really great customer service here. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Needed emergency oral surgery and he saw me the same day i called for the appt.he removed two teeth and i went home feeling much better but expecting to have much pain for the next couple of days while healing. BUT on day 2 i was only taking ibuprofen for the pain, he did such a good job.\r more

It is such a pleasure to find a doctor who will spend time talking to you, explaing everything and have a real interest in you. I thought those type of doctors were a thing of the past. I was so wrong. Dr. BLum is that type of doctor. He had a sincere interest in helping me and spent a great amount of time with me both prior to my bone graft surgery and at my visits after the surgery. I go to his office because I was in a car crash and broke bones in my face. Thank God he fixed my broken bones. I can eat and ralk just like before. It's been a year since I had my wisdom removed from this dentist and I have 2 claims opened against them. One with my dental insurance because they failed to submit the paperwork for my coverage, instead they kept billing me monthly. Their 'billing line' is a machine that takes a message; no answer, no call back. After the claim opened from the insurance company, they charged my credit card- UNAUTHORIZED! I have a claim open against them for keeping my CC# on file and charging it without my permission. They are unfriendly, cheaters, a bunch of thieves and they will NOT make your experience a good one. Avoid at ALL COSTS! (Cause it'll cost you big time). For the past year, they have added stress to my life, failed to do their job submitting paperwork, robbed me and refuse to return my calls.
