Reassuring 12/29/2022

Today was my child's first dentist appointment. I knew it was going to be rough going in but Dr. Kao and the rest of his staff there were awesome! Their patience matched my own and that was so reassuring. more

Fantastic!! 12/29/2022

Our first time here was wonderful. The open, breezy design is welcoming and cozy. My toddler was able to explore the waiting area on her own while I finished the paperwork. Doctor Juei was amiable and thorough. The entire process was swift and easy. My kid left the office beaming after receiving the small gift at the conclusion. I had a terrific time, and I would tell my family and friends about it. more

They're so kind and assertive, explaining what's going on while they're doing what they're doing; they're also prompt and quick, and it was just an amazing experience for my child and myself; they make your child as well as yourself and secure, and they're detailed and fast! Such a rewarding experience! I would definitely recommend it to anyone! more

Comfortable and Confident 11/25/2022

Dr. Juei Kao and his team are the best. From the front desk to the assistants, all of whom are fantastic with children, they make you feel comfortable and confident while you’re in the waiting room and your kids are being worked on. My kids get seen here regularly, and I couldn't be happier with the service that they have been provided with. more

Environment and atmosphere is clean and comfortable 11/22/2022

Our first time and they take care of any fears my kids have and I am so relieved. They make the environment as comfortable as possible for small children and they know how to gently coax little ones while monitoring for their boundaries. I will continue to bring our children here! more

My two and four-year-old children came with me for their first dental appointment. I was astounded by how considerate, and courteous everyone at this office was. Even before we returned, my four-year-old was afraid, and they were patient and gentle with him the entire time. When it came to cleaning his teeth, the dental assistant was AMAZING. Before beginning, they made sure he was at ease by walking him through each step and showing him everything. By the time we were leaving, everyone was grinning. I'm really glad I chose this office for my kids. more

Pleasant experience! 10/29/2022

Going to the dentist should not be a frightening experience, particularly for children! I've been bringing my child since he was three years old, and every visit has been a pleasant experience. I admire how patient everyone in the building is. They are incredible! They will go over everything with you and answer all of your questions. That means a lot to me as a parent! They are truly the best! I'm so glad I found this place! If you're looking for a pediatric dentist, trust me when I say this is the place to go. more

It's clear this office is well versed in dealing with young children and toddlers. Dr. Kao is so nice, friendly and set my stranger-anxious son at ease. The office staff is also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional helping both me and my son. I highly recommend! more

Great experiences! 10/3/2022

After two horrific previous experiences with other pediatric dentists, we went with Juei Kao, DMD, Pediatric Dentistry, and he was a dream. He put my daughter so at ease that she didn't squirm a bit, and he was so patient and kind with her. I can't recommend him enough! We loved his staff and assistant as well; they were so gentle with the kids! The best dental experience I could have asked for. more
