This place is AWFUL and provides TERRIBLE service! When I called to make an appointment I made sure they took my insurance. I told the girl I needed a contact lens exam. She told me my co-pay would be $10. My HR person at work also confirmed this. I get there and of course they were running behind. My exam took almost 2 hours from the time I got there until the time I left. When I got to the desk to pay, they said my total was $50! I told the gentleman at the desk that it was suppsoed to be $10 and that both a person at his office and my HR manager confirmed that..I even pulled my policy up on my phone and he looked at it and told me I still had to pay $50. I was flaming mad, I could not believe it. On top of that, I returned to work Monday to tell my HR manager about what happened. She asked me to get a breakdown of the costs from the Dr.'s office. I called and one girl told me I could have it faxed to me. Then she transfers me to Dana who refuses to fax me a copy. She said it either had to be mailed or I would have to drive over to pick it up. She said it was an office policy. Well I never saw that policy in any of the paperwork I filled out, nor was that posted anywhere in the office. Dana was also extrememly rude and did not treat me like I was any sort of a valued client. I am totally disgusted with this place and will never return! I only gave this one star because I couldn't leave it with zero stars. This place gets a big fat ""F"" in my book!
