A Great Experience! 12/30/2011

I love going to Dr. Ritter's office. The staff always greets me warmly. My hygienist Leslie is almost always right on time, and does a thorough cleaning, with no pain. Visiting with Dr. Ritter is always fun. He is such a kind, honest, and gentle person. I always leave the office feeling like I have been pampered. more

Professional, Efficient, Prompt, Helpful, Friendly 12/10/2011

Entire office treats every patient like they are the only patient they have. They take the time to communicate clearly and you leave that office feeling special. That kind of Customer Service permeates throughout this practice consistantly and, in my opinion, starts at the top without a doubt. What a relief to find both excellent dental care and a pleasant atmosphere at every appointment. more

Best Dentist EVER... for kids, too! 12/2/2011

Dr. Lee and his staff are INCREDIBLE! Whether dealing with kids or a routine adult cleaning, their office makes certain everyone is happy and all issues are performed with as little discomfort as possible. Could not recommend anyone above them!!! more

my experience was wonderfuly! Dr lee and his assistant are the best I have never gone to a dentist and felt so special they were truely concerned about me and how I felt and what I required and they did everything they could to work with me and my crazy work schedule I truely am happy with Dr. Lee and his assistant and the whole office staff in general thank you more

The office staff is always friendly and very helpful! Lauren always greets us warmly and makes sure all of our scheduling needs are met. Patti is very efficient and leaves our teeth sparkling! Dr.Ritter is by far the BEST dentist! Highly recommended! So glad to be under the best dental care in our area! Thanks :) more

Appointment Feedback 11/25/2011

Great job all round. The doctors, nurses, and staff friendly, welcoming, gentle, efficient, highly knowledgable, and very approachable. Waiting time not too long in both waiting and examining room. Only one set-back, e-mail sent to confirm appointment; response to confirmation not easily noticed on the e-mail. Could be solved by a second e-mail acknowledging response. more

It seemed impossible! 11/15/2011

Before receiving this, I left a messagbe of thanks for Dr. Lee. When a reluctant apple pulled my two front teeth out, repair seemed impossible. But Dr. Lee fixed it! I have no reason to return for a check, becasuse the denture is comfortable and fits in my mouth better than before the accident. FIVE STARS! more

Commitment to you 11/5/2011

I called and was unable to make my appointment and they had no available openings. I was not happy and was looking elsewhere and they called me up and had an appointment 3days later. I really like going to this dentist office. more

Early Morning Dentistry 11/2/2011

Dr. Lee at Drs. Ritter and Lee in Annapolis, MD made the day terrific. An 8:00 AM appointment to fix a broken tooth was a great experience, painless, properly done and with a great smile from Dr. Lee and the entire staff. more

Tooth extraction 10/29/2011

Dr. Lee and his dental assistant provided efficient,courteous, and professional service. I came in for a tooth extraction and I was a little nervous. The dental assistant and Dr. Lee noticed that and reassured me I would be fine. Thank you for excellent service. I look forward to completing my dental with with your facility. AJS more
