Dr. Jay Bosco has been providing comprehensive eye care to the residents of Bay and Saginaw Counties for the past twenty-five years. He was Director of Vision Care Services for Blue Care Network for nineteen years before moving into private practice in Essexville. Dr. Bosco is a graduate of All Saints Central High School, Saginaw Valley State University (graduated Magna Cum Laude) and the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He also served in the United States Air Force. Dr. Bosco is a member of the American and Michigan Optometric Associations, Amvets, and the Bay City Lions Club.. Dr. Bosco specializes in both adult and pediatric eye care with emphases on the treatment of eye disease and ocular disorders including: diabetic eye care,cataracts,macular degeneration,glaucoma - to name a few. The office also specializes in hard to fit contact lenses including bifocal and astigmatism. A wide selection of designer and insurance frames are available at the office along with all lens options.
