Worst doctor experience ever 1/7/2008

I can honestly say this has been the worst doctor experience I've ever had. On my first visit I had to wait close to an hour--about 50 minutes--past my appointment time before I was called back to an exam room. When I finally got to see Dr. Dano, she treated me horribly--she was so rushed and could have cared less about listening to the details of my problem. She literally walked out the door before I was even finished. Pros: great physician's assistant Cons: unacceptable waiting time, rude doctor, incompetent office staff more

Dr. Dano' s office is always a pleasure... 8/5/2007

I found Dr. Dano's office by luck - leafing through the yellow pages. My 16 year old had terrible acne problems and needed serious help He got great, prompt, informative service. Shirien is his primary point of contact and 2 years later he still loves going there - as do my nieces - and my daughter. I have been indulging in some more frivolous medical services at the medical salon next door (but a part of Dr. Dano's office) to enhance my skin and am completely impressed with all aspects of service I have recv'd. Just today, Sunday - I called to make an appt. for my son who has a body rash and Shirien actually answered the phone and promised to "work him in" tomorrow - love that Shirien! My 81 year old aunt will be going this week - so it's kind of a family affair! I love the location because it's a few blocks from the Seton mess and parking is plentiful and FREE! Always a pleasure in my book :) Pros: shirien is awesome, professional, easy to get to, free parking Cons: none more

Great Doctors, Horrible Customer Service Skills 6/26/2006

I have been going to Shirien for awhile and she is fabulous. She genuinely cares about her patients and is really easy to talk to. I have definitely seen results and I love her! Pros: doctors are great! Cons: office staff is rude more

Friendly and Helpful 5/4/2006

Dr. Dano's office staff is friendly and prompt. Dr. Dano's PA, Shirene is always on time and extremely concerned about her patients. I have had nothing but pleasant expreiences in her office. I would recommend Dr. Dano & Shirene to anyone. Pros: Friendly, Thorough , Prompt Cons: none more

Great Staff...Great Care 12/7/2005

12/8/05 - My fourth appt. and I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Dano's staff. The receptionist is friendly and professional and the appt. maker/cashier is as well. I can't say enough about Shareen, Dr. Dano's physician asst. She is professional, compassionate and has a great sense of humor. I've already recommended her to a co-worker and will do so again to anyone else who asks. Her asst. is also courteous and professional. Pros: On-Time, Knowledgeable, Friendly Cons: None more

Poor Pastient Care 11/22/2005
