Most adorable coffee place! 7/12/2009

I was visiting Northern CA and had to stop for a bathroom break on the way to San Francisco airport. We stopped at the little town Navato and stopped at Dr. Insomnia's Coffee Tea Cafe. I walked in to the best smelling, freshly baked scones, happy faces and a live band. It was a coffee drinkers heaven. Pros: Fresh and tastiest scones ever! Cons: n/a more

Best Coffee In Novato and wonderful outdoor back patio seating 8/27/2006

Very flavorful coffee beverages. Try their Mocha very good. The way they make the Latte is delicious. Several very unique and tastey beverages. A breath of fresh air from most other coffee shops. Worth the effort of going out of your way. more
