Highly recommend. Doron worked on my garage door two years ago and I was impressed. It was still working but a cable was hanging down all of a sudden so I gave this garage door company a call. They came out within two days, told me exactly what time to expect them and showed up when they said! Doron looked at it and said a cable had simply come unhooked. He checked out the whole system since he was there and fixed the light (which had stopped working). No charge since I was a repeat customer and the fix was so small, I certainly wasn't expecting that! I won't use anyone else. On my first service call Steven installed a keypad opener and fixed a broken cable/spring and replaced the round doo-dahs that run on the track. He recommended I not replace my garage doors (after another company said they needed to be replaced which would have been uber expensive). I first called this garage door company based on all the positive reviews, I wasn't disappointed. Honest, Fair and Super Competent...couldn't ask for anything better. more

The technician was totally professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Like having a doctor make a house call. Only thing that prevents 5 stars was that my scheduled time got moved from 10-12am to 6:30. Not a big deal as it turned out. I would recommend this company to anyone. more

Myles came out promptly and fixed my garage door. The next day the spring broke which was unrelated to the prior fix but he again came out promptly and fixed that free of charge. The next week a pest control expert noted there was an indentation at the top of the garage plus a crack at the bottom where the rubber seal at the bottom had shrunk over time which might let rodents in. Myles offer to offset the cost of the repair against a new garage door. He came out promptly again and did an excellent job installing a new garage door at a great price. He put extra rubber/seal at the bottom to allow for future shrinkage. The pest man saw his work and was impressed. My new garage door is insulated and works great keeping out the heat. We also installed cheap windows at the top to let in light. I am very pleased with the workmanship and price we paid. I highly recommend them. more

I've always fancied the idea that garage door opener companies should employ the hair salon ideal when naming themselves - something like naming their business 'What Goes Up Must Come Down' or 'Coming Down With Something: Something Like Your Garage Door" or "Going Places: Mostly Up and Down Places." You get the idea. An interesting fact that I never knew prior to buying my home is that those giant coils that support the weight of your rising or descending door? They snap over time, and when they do, brother, you don't want to be anywhere near 'em. So my garage door coil snapped, and I had to get it fixed in a jiffy. Seeing as I'm roughly as conversant in garage repair as Bob Villa is at origami, I sought expert help. Although who knows, maybe Sammie can really crank out some paper birds. I digress. This garage door company showed up, assessed the situation, and had the whole to-do wrapped up in a relatively short period later that afternoon. And my garage door now? Flies open and shuts like a champ -- he even tweaked the original setup so the bottom of the door better marries with the pavement below, which isn't as easy as it sounds. Then again, nothing's ever as easy as it sounds. Unless you find just the right help. more

I was very happy with my experience with this garage door company from start to finish. They were professional and I felt comfortable having them working at my house. You can't always say that for people in the building industry anymore. Their work was very detailed and well-done. When they were finished and demonstrating my new doors to me the doors seemed fine but tech saw or heard something and adjusted the door again before accepting that it was done. I really appreciated his attention to detail and getting it right. more
