Dr. George Brennan

I had seen Dr. Brennan's nose jobs on my friend and my mother in law and I loved both their noses. I decided to re-do mine with Dr. Brennan and I'm too satisfied with the result. 10 months ago, I brought my twin daughters to get their noses done and we are all very happy with the result once again. more

I've rated Dr. Brennan so highly because first of all, he's a friend, and second of all, he does good work! He's done stuff for me where I didn't actually have to go under the knife. He uses methods that allow for a faster recovery. They're pretty much on time with appointments, and the follow up is good. Overall, it's been a good experience. more

After an accident I was left with a collapsed septum. I was very apprehensive about Septum surgery the result I would experience post recovery the surgery process itself. Since I was undergoing the surgery I opted of a rhino-septo to remove a bump on my nose . The surgery was literally painless, a little discomfort is to be expected however within 10 days majority healed. I actually travelled a few days after surgery due to the passing of my mother on the East Coast. The appearance continued to improve over the next years. While the septum was medically necessary, the rhinoplasty turned out beautiful. I wish I'd done it sooner. I recommend Dr. Brennan to anyone wanting an honest, experienced and highly reputable facial surgery experience. My surgery experience was 6 years ago and I continue to receive compliments on my beautiful Dr Brennan nose. Just this week my daughter flew to Newport (from NYC) for Breast Reduction surgery. The result is spectacular! Surgery was two days ago, my daughter flew home today! Just yesterday less than 24 hours post surgery, we visited galleries in Laguna Beach, went clothing shopping and aside for the normal healing discomforts my daughter was back to normal! It is an honor for me to do this review for George Brennan MD FACS - OC Plastic Surgery and his entire staff. I am not being a phony either. I was very intimidated and self conscious at first but was immediately put at ease by this kind doctor and his entire staff. I had my breast implant revision surgery in Newport Beach by Dr. Brennan, his work is absolutely amazing. I struggled for years with the breast implants I have. They hardened and the last surgeon that did my implants must've been cross eyed because my boobs were always crooked and than I couldn't deal with the pain anymore. I was always worried about a revision because they never come out perfect the second time, I did a lot of research and I picked Dr. Brennan because he teaches others on this specific subject and is very detailed, after meeting him I felt even better, he's an absolute perfectionist and has such a passion for what he does it showed during the consultation. My results are amazing, I couldn't be more thankful for what he did for me, I finally feel confident, no pain and very comfortable in my own body. more

Best Orange County cosmetic surgery experience in Rhinoplasty surgery, Dr. Brennan is a very nice man besides being the best cosmetic surgeon. My nose job surgery was very easy to handle, no pain, I had no packing and let's just say I'm looking pretty $@!#% good. Dr. Brennan's office was very nice, they stepped me through the whole process, the cost was very reasonable and I'm just glad I had it done. Dr. Brennan made me look like I am a fitness freak..! I called him while I was searching for a surgeon to get a liposuction done. But through the call he advised me to go for Tummy tuck or abdominoplasty and when I met him, I was sure I want a tummy tuck surgery done. I was 45 with a waist size of 46 and now I look 30 with a waist size of 32! It feels amazing to talk about it. more

I just recently had my nose done with Dr. Brennan. I have always wanted to have my nose done and finally got the courage to do so. I had the best expereince with Dr. Brennan after hearing horror stories from friends regarding the pain they went through with their nose jobs with another doctor of course. I met Dr. Brennan after going to 2 other consults and really loved how genuine and down to earth he seamed. He took his time with me to explain everything and really what sold me was the fact that he promised absolutely NO PAIN!! I couldnt really believe but after having my nose done I can say that seriously there was no Pain! I feel my results are exactly what I wanted. I feel he listened to me instead of just doing what he thought would be best. I did have a little swelling and bruising but that seem to have been gone within 2 weeks. The girls in the office are so nice and not stuffy at all like i experienced with some other offices i visited. They too were down to earth and always so helpful. Dr. Brennan was amazing and I am so happy I chose to have surgery with him. more

Any surgery is scary, especially when it changes your appearance. Take it from me though trust is earned and not given. Dr Brennan operated on my nose, giving me a rhinoplasty and septoplasty. I can't say enough good things about the experience. I especially can't emphasize in words how happy I am with my nose 3 months later. If you're considering surgery definitely consider Dr Brennan. My nose has never looked better and when I look in the mirror, I see the face I was meant to have. more
