I agree i have been to Dr. Herskovits and he was rude and left me feeling belittled to be honest. I know others who have also claimed a bad experience with him. I think he has family and friends write for him dont waste your time with this phony \r Sincerely , Skeptical! more

I DO NOT recommend Mr. Herskovits! I wont even call him doctor because he is more of a sales man. Not only is the office dingy but I Have seen him once before and he is very pushy and rushes. I gave him a second chance to have my cavities filled. He told me that MY insurance does not cover the composite fillings. I thought ...hmm thats funny because I have always got the composite done under my insurance. He rudely rushed me and let me know I can see another dentist because he charges $150 per filling and my situation required a ""double filling."" He then told me he could not clean my teeth which I had an appointment for as well! I was very disappointed with the treatment and service and decided to call my health care provider. THEY CLEARLY TOLD ME THEY DO COVER COMPOSITE FILLINGS , NOT EVEN A COPAY WAS REQUIRED. Its a shame because I am a medical student my self and also currently a hairdresser in Bay ridge. Word will get around fast that Mr. Herskovites is not a dentist but a sales man. Word of advice always call your insurance because providers do scam more

I went to this doctor.... office isnt the cleanest its not a place where you would want things going into your mouth. The Dr. is rude I felt rushed and I had alot of concerns and questions because I had a gum infection, I'll never go back... I left in pain. Not a place you want to go if you need real expert assistance more

He lured me in by telling one price and then charged me something completely different. And the work he did on my teeth was just awful. He kept lying to me, brushing off my concerns and telling me that there was nothing to worry about and to just keep trusting him, and guess whatmany months and several thousand dollars later I can barely eat solid foods because of the mistakes that he made. He is the worst dentist ever. And not a very good human being either. more

Very Gentle Dentist 6/2/2011

Dry was very gentle and comforting. He did a very professional job and he showed me his work. He was prompt for my appointment and finished within the time he estimated. I would recommend dr h to all my friends and family. Thank you gd for dr. H. I wish him only good things.Priscila more

I have been to six dentists in my life. Most did work that was good. Dr. Herskovits is in a class by himself. He is patient knowledgeable and always thinks of the patients comfort and well being. He is simply the best dentist around. more

My dentist changed my life. My mouth was neglected for years, and I spent a long time searching for a dentist who was sensitive to my situation, and who would not judge me. I found all of these qualities in Dr. H. Not only did he take on my complicated case, but I now have a smile that people compliment me on. It was a blessing to find him. more
