I don't usually complete these kinds of surveys, but I appreciated the service I received from this company so much that I'd like to wholeheartedly pass along my recommendation. They were able to send technician, their tech, out the day I called and he was not only professional, really helpful in explaining what he recommended and what I could do in the future to troubleshoot problems with my doors, but he was also very personable and simply a nice person to do business with --- a good representative for his company. I would definitely use this company in the future and can recommend them without reservation. more

once again thanks for everything 8/1/2014

When my tenant called me to inform me of a broken garage door, I did not think too long and chose this garage door company to fix the broken cable. The technician arrived on time and was amazingly friendly, efficient and thorough. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also tried to even out the garage door to make it perfect. It is not very often that one finds such fabulous customer service and has such a warm, friendly and hard working staff! We will definitely recommend this garage door company to our friends!! Johnny from this company came out today 7/19/2014

Johnny from this company came out today to check my garage door system, as one of the doors was not responding to the open/close button. He rebooted the opener at no cost, gave me suggestions on which parts to upgrade, and how to prevent the system from needing a reboot in the future. He was very knowledgeable about the system and was not pushy about the higher quality products they sell, just explained what they have and why they would function better. I was very happy with my service today and will no doubt go to this company in the future for garage door issues. Thank you Johnny! more
