Donnie did a super job on my garage door replacement. Also, my opener has been broken for over ten years. this garage door company was to test this old opener with the new door. If it does not work, I've given them the okay to replace it with a new opener. Now, this is where honesty shows. Steven told me all I needed to replace is a $20 start capacitor. This company has my applause! more

i no longer have to worry about my garage door 11/24/2014

Great service, Called David and he sent someone within the hour, the cost was as expected, $150.00 for the gear & service the door, told me about the overhaul in the next year or two when it breaks again (the coil) for $ 300.00. Sounds like a good idea when it breaks again. Will call again for any garage door issues. more

When my tenant called me to inform me of a broken garage door, I did not think too long and chose this garage door company to fix the broken cable. The technician arrived on time and was amazingly friendly, efficient and thorough. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also tried to even out the garage door to make it perfect. It is not very often that one finds such fabulous customer service and has such a warm, friendly and hard working staff! We will definitely recommend this garage door company to our friends!! very old door runs like new 8/7/2014

Sean was our technician and couldn't have been any nicer! He fixed the problem we called about and then suggested a maintenance package. I was hesitant at first, but he worked a long time and made our VERY old doors run like new again. Thanks for a job well done! more

our tech was very professional 8/4/2014

Julio from this repair company came out to our house this afternoon to fix a broken tension spring. It was a holiday weekend (Sunday) and approx 120 degrees in our garage as he was fixing the door. He was pleasant, professional and very patient as he explained to us why the spring had split and how he fixed it. We highly recommend this company and Julio! more

Tech was prompt and explained 7/19/2014

Tech was prompt and explained the issue at hand. He outlined the solution and also pointed out that I could use a surge protector. He came while a Northeaster was brewing and still took as much time as needed to explain my options and adjusted my safety sensors. His help was more than welcomed especially under the conditions! more
