The Best!! 8/11/2012

I highly recommend Dr Z and the whole Las Vegas Laser & Lipo Staff! The staff made me feel like I was on a cruise ship, catering to my every need. I scheduled an appointment to have 5 skin tags removed. \r \r I was a little unsure about the process, would there be a lot of pain? Dr Z patiently explained the whole procedure, and how the laser removes the skin tags with virtually no pain.\r \r During the procedure Dr Z found 3 additional skin tags that he removed at no extra charge. A week or so after the procedure you could barely see any mark where the skin tags were.\r \r I will always use Dr Z for any work I need done, even if I leave the state, he?s that good! more

Has a problem with race, particularly mixed-race 7/31/2012

What a bad experience I had here. Dr. Zimmerman is an old white man who could not grasp the fact that I am Multiracial/mixed-race. As educated as he is, he seemed to not be able to understand that this was possible, particularly because of the fact that is how I identify racially as well (as Multiracial). He seemed to be inclined to be hard-pressed to call me or suggest to me that I'm 'black', seemingly completely unaware of the racist underpinnings and origins for that line of reasoning. He continued to call my skin 'exotic', as if I was some side-show freak at a circus. His wife is another story. A strange woman who got smart with me on our first visit, rudely didn't answer my question, changed the subject and showed me the door. I was confused by this. After bearing witness to the bad service experience given by his unprofessional staff over the course of a month or so, I called the doctor to complain prior to a laser Blepharoplasty procedure I was scheduled to have. After many referrals, I found this office! So glad that I did. I am extremely thrilled with the results of my surgery and there is no doubt that Dr. Zimmerman is the most skilled liposuction doctor in Nevada. I'm glad I did my research before and that it all proved true! I would highly recommend! more

Awesome Laser Hair Removal! 6/4/2012

Great office (very clean) and the doctor and staff is awesome! Very happy with the laser hair removal sessions I have had! I am on my 3rd treatment and barely have any hair left to treat! Really amazed at the results! Highly recommend this place! more

I just had a consultation for laser liposuction at this office and I am so happy with the way I was treated! I did not wait long at all, the girls at the front desk were very helpful and Marilyn, who did my consult, took her time with me to answer all my questions without rushing! I booked my surgery today and cannot wait! more

I've been coming to Dr. Zimmerman's office for over a year and a half and I am so pleased with the service I get! He has the best staff and they are so attentive! I never have to wait long and they always do such a great job. I get my botox here and would never consider going anywhere else to get it done. I would recommend them to everyone! Best customer service EVER! 3/2/2012

I called about 6 different cosmetic places before getting in touch with the most amazing customer service experience I have ever had. Laura, who answered the phone was confident and knowledgeable about what procedure I wanted to have done, which spoke volumes about her belief in the product, nurses and doctors at her facility. She went above and beyond the call of duty by getting me in that day. Jayme, who was the nurse that performed the procedure was kind enough to stay late to get me in. Not only that, but she herself gave me so much information surrounding the procedure that I felt honored to be having it done by her and no one else. I will continue to only patronize Las Vegas Laser and Lipo which offers so many different procedures it's insane! Prices are also surprisingly lower than anywhere else in town. more

NO DOUBT, HE AND HIS STAFF ARE THE BEST! 2/1/2012

Dr. Zimmerman and his staff are exceptional. I was referred by a friend and now I am a loyal client.\r \r I originally went in for coolsculpt. I had great results and have gone back for different body parts. Debbie who runs the coolsculpt program is a lovely woman who knows her stuff and makes that machine perform magic!\r \r I was so comfortable at this beautiful and friendly office, I went back for laser hair removal. Jayme explained the process and I began hair removal of armpits, legs and my girl parts. During this painless and quick process, I asked about other services they provided. \r \r I have had botox and fillers in the past at another establishment. I have NEVER had any medical procedure done to me, But I wanted to look pretty, so I went in, the staff made us feel so welcomed, Mrs "Z", talked to us and spent all her time answering our questions and making us feel so comfortable, then Dr. "Z" came in and met us, and made sure that all our questions were answered. He was perfectly friendly, warm and made me feel comfortable. There was NEVER any pressure, or sales speeches. I am on a budget, but the price was touchable for me, so I booked that day. I was so nervous the day of my procedure, I NEVER felt a thing, Never had to take pain medicine, bleeding, bruising, it looked perfect the next day!\r I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR ZIMMERMAN, TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BE PRETTY more

Happy Patient 2/5/2011

I was referred to Dr. Zimmerman by my friend who had fillers and Botox done by him and she looked absolutely amazing. She looked so amazing, that even though I hate needles, I scheduled a consultation. When I arrived for my consultation the staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and advised me as to what procedures would be best to obtain the result I was looking for. I decided that Botox and Radiesse would be best for me and returned a couple of days later for the injections. I admit that I was nervous as it was my first time getting Botox and Radiesse, but I was pleasantly suprised to discover that the injections were not really painful and the results were incredible. I was also relieved that I had no complications, no pain and no bruising afterwards. Dr. Zimmerman is a true artist and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to look their best. more

I got so much more from my experience at Las Vegas Laser and Lipo than I could have ever imagined. The staff made me feel so welcomed and they were so informed. I had a wonderful consultation that answered all my questions and I am THRILLED with my results. I look amazing and you cannot even see any scars from my surgery! He is so precise and a perfectionist (which is so important when it comes to things like this!). I appreciate Dr. Zimmerman for making me look so great- I get compliments all the time!!! I am so impressed with Dr. Z, his entire staff at Las Vegas Laser and Lipo and the services and products they offer!! I have been getting my Dysport injections here and now have started Latisse, which have made my lashes so so soooo long (no need for fake lashes anymore!:) and I am so in love with their newest product called Liquid Smile- it is a gel whitener for the teeth that comes in 4 flavors and after using it for just a week I can tell a HUGE difference in the whitening of my teeth! People keep complimenting me and asking if I went to a special dentist... I just keep telling everyone to go to Dr. Z's and get Liquid Smile... Best Doc in town! 4/27/2010

Words cannot convey how much I respect and love Dr. Zimmerman and his entire staff. From the very first proceedure I had done years ago, to the other work through out this period, I've been very confident that the results would be wonderful, as indeed they were. I often share my experiences with friends and try to make them understand how great it is to be happy with your body, and there is no better doctor in town! I've even had friends and family come in from out of town to have Dr Z work on them - all were thrilled with the results. more

Starting from my first call to the office my customer service was awesome. I feel all my questions were listened to and answered very thoroughly. I ended up doing full torso abd lipo with cool laser with Dr. Zimmerman. All I can say is that I'm closer to my High School stomach then I've been in over 15 years.\r I LOVE YOU DR. If only more doctors had the same love of medicine, bedside manner, and gentle touch as Dr.Zimmerman. He is truly passionate about the art of cosmetic surgery and is a perfectionist with his work. I am fully confident in him for all my cosmetic surgery needs and have had him work on several of my family members and friends. From the very first moment that I called to schedule my consultation, my experience was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and kind! My consultation was exactly on time (I am so used to waiting and waiting at most doctors' offices! It is rare for a doctor's office to see patients on time! I am so impressed with the Dr. Zimmerman's office being so on-time!). My consultation was unlike other consultations I had at other doctors' offices- it was so thorough and every question I had was answered (without ever being rushed). I felt very confident booking surgery there after my consultation being such a pleasant experience! My surgery was amazing- I cannot express how happy I am with the results!
