I have been coming to Dr. Z for 12 years. His professionalism and that of his staff is unmatched. I have had a number of different procedures from microderm, botox, filler, and cool sculptI wouldn't go anywhere else! They are the best in the business as far as I'm concerned. I have referred several friends who feel the same as I do. more

Best Dr. for Fillers in LV! 11/14/2012

Best doctor for fillers in Las Vegas! Just had Juvederm and Botox injected 2 weeks ago and I love my results. It was painless and the doctor took his time with me to give me perfect results. This was by far the best experience I have had with getting fillers since I have lived in Vegas! I will definitely go back to this office for my next appointments! Dr. Z changed my life! He wasn't about just doing my surgery, he cared about implementing lifestyle changes. He made me love getting dressed again and going shopping. I love my new body. He makes results happen!! more

My first time ever doing botox and I was so nervous to try it. Dr. Zimmerman and his staff were amazing and made the experience very pleasant and easy. They were so helpful, and answered all my questions. I absolutely love the results and I am very happy. Will be coming back again for sure!! more

I could not be happier with Dr. Z and his staff. Their skill, professionalism and bed side manners are unmatched in the industry. Dr. Z corrected a disastrous Permalip implant from a different doctor and the results are beautiful. It's been over a year since the surgery and I am still elated with the results of the lip and laser work. He truly performs his procedures with a precision and an artistic eye that I have yet to see in another doctor. Also, I adore his staff! more

Looking Better than Ever! 8/22/2012

Dr. Zimmerman and his staff are the best in the Las Vegas area! I am new to Nevada and have been searching for the perfect doctor for months. Him and his staff have far surpassed my expection of what I expect from an excellent doctor and I cannot say enough about this practice except that I would HIGHLY recommend him. They do everything there! I have lost several inches off of my waist and lower back and my skin looks better than ever (even in this dry weather!) because of the skin treatments I am getting from this office. Love this place! more

Best Doctor!! 8/22/2012

I was about to travel out of state to see a doctor for liposuction until I heard about Dr. Zimmerman and how he specializes in laser liposuction. I heard he was president of the laser surgery board so I figured he must be really good and know what he is talking about. I thought it would be hard to get in for an appointment but the front desk staff was able to get me fairly quickly. I was so surprised at how professional they were and how much time they spent with me at my first consultation. I never felt that they were rushing with me at all. The doctor answered every question and was very honest. I felt extremely comfortable and have since then gone back to see Dr. Zimmerman 3 times- for liposuction of my mid section, for botox and now I am getting laser hair removal. I can't imagine going anywhere else for these services. He is the best! more

Best experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. Dr. Zimmerman and his staff took their time with me and treated me so professionally. From the moment I booked my first consultation, I have had such positive experiences with this practice. The office is so clean and in a great location. They have the kindest and most caring staff I have ever come across and Dr. Zimmerman really knows what he is talking about. He is very honest and thorough. I never felt rushed.
